- Please note that the lake at this property is not accessible by vehicle. It is a steep, rocky path that is quite a ways from the cabin and must be walked

- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

HOUSE RULES:

-No smoking, pets, or parties

Check out procedures-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee

-At departure turn heat to 60 degrees in cold months, or A/C to 75 degrees in warmer months.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
