Full Week, Saturday to Saturday Rentals Only. Newly constructed end unit townhome abutting Lewes' finest par three golf course. Tastefully and beautifully appointed, this lovely 3-story rental home offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom! It offers open living on the 1st floor with a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and very comfortable living area as well as a powder room. There is also a screened porch offering gorgeous views of the golf course. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor with the master bedroom located on the third floor. Heritage Village offers a community pool and is steps away from the outlets and loads of shopping. It is conveniently located just off of Route 1 with easy access to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

Fantastic rental

This property was all we could have hoped for. It is in a great location and extremely clean. It was the perfect size for 6 of us and had everything we wanted. The check in and out process was very simple and the folks at Lingo are very helpful and friendly.

Spacious, roomy and nice location

Enjoyed being close to everything but out of the way of traffic and congestion. Nice, quiet condo with views of the golf course. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Great all around mini vacation!

The property was lovely, very well appointed and the location central to what we wanted to see and do. We were three couples and found privacy when desired and great socializing space in the well designed living area.
