Come enjoy all of what Lower Delaware has to offer; Bay Beaches, Ocean Beaches, Cape Henlopen State Park, Shopping as well as Dining at some of the Best Restaurants in the area. Community Sits at the Back End of one of our Local Par 3 Golf Courses and offers a Community Pool for afternoon relaxation. Elegant & comfortable furnishings throughout the home as well as new Flat Screen TVs with DVD Players and Bose Music station. Rehoboth Getaway

This property was just as it was listed. The house was clean and very spacious. It was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location was great not far from the beach and located near the main roadway for food and entertainment.

3rd bedroom

We had an great week at this property. We loved the pool and accessibility. We would love to stay again if the queen bed in the 3rd floor bedroom gets replaced it was very uncomfortable. We loved the kitchen tans living room area.

Labor Day Getaway

This townhome was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Community pool was a big plus. Location was in the middle of everything you could ask for (grocery stores, restaurants, about 10 mins from either Rehoboth or Lewes beach, fun activities, outlet shopping and more). Would definitely stay here again if back in Rehoboth/Lewes.
