This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been recently renovated and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac giving you all the privacy you deserve and need to unwind from the hustle and bustle of your daily routine. Kick back and relax in the over-stuffed sofas while enjoying your favorite shows on Netflix on the huge 50" flat screen television or catch a sweet ocean breeze chilling out in the screened on porch!

You'll love the convenience to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier (just a half mile south) where you can enjoy a great meal or cocktail at Fish Heads Bar and Grill while the waves crash over the beach below you. Or travel North to Jennette's Pier for some wonderful fishing and fun! Great shopping awaits you at the Tanger Outlet and the Outer Banks Mall, both just minutes away!

The Bodie Island Lighthouse is just a 10 minute drive and you're just minutes away from Festival Park, The Lost Colony, Elizabeth Gardens and the Aquarium.

Main Level:
One short flight of stairs brings you to the main entrance of this freshly appointed beach home.
Here you'll find the sun deck and secondary entrance to the large screened in porch with partial ocean views!
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, refrigerator along with both a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee pot.
The large dining room table comfortably seats 6 people and adjoins the plush living room.
Here you find two over-stuffed sofas, ceiling fan, easy access to the screened in porch and a 50" flat screen television with Roku and Pluto!
The Boonville Beachbox has 3 comfortable and nicely appointed bedrooms.
One with a full size bed, ceiling fan and 40" flat screen television
A bedroom with a duo bunk and 32" television
A master bedroom with a queen size bed, 48" flat screen television, ceiling fan and a full bathroom with a shower.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and clean. We would stay there again, for sure. Guess I misunderstood because I thought Sheets were included. The chairs for the beach could be better and the pocket door to the bathroom didn’t work well. I highly recommend this house.

House is NOT 300 steps to the beach! I rented because of description as I have issues with my legs. I suffered all week having to walk so far. House is in need of minor repairs. Only real good thing was it was conveniently located.

Availability great, sparse house in need of upgrades

It was a clean property with an awesome outdoor shower. Could use more beachy decor and furniture. Listing said 300 feet to beach but was definitely much more. Between 12-5 on Thursday someone was in the house. Garbage bags under sink were missing and dog poop was all over the bottom 2 stairs on deck. Dryer broke last day, wouldn't heat up any more. Overall was a nice property but listing was a little deceaving.

Great week at the beach

The house was clean and comfortable for our family group. The location is good, although the short walk to the beach with gear may feel long for younger kids (not an issue for us). The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.

Nice clean house as advertised. Living room is larger than the pictures show.. Fairly quiet neighborhood and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Only small complaint is the tv as there is no cable (just Roku, Netflix) and the Roku remote in the bedroom with the bunk beds didn’t work. Note: Owner provides sheets despite the contract saying to bring your own (which is fine except we had bought them all beforehand). Would stay there again for sure.

Great location, everything you need

Basic but clean. Excellent location. We really enjoyed staying here and my daughter enjoyed the bunk bed, even though it was just her. Volume up button on Roku tv in kids room was broken, but simply used one from living room.

Clean and nice family house

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The house was clean and was a 5 minute walk to the closest public beach. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The only small disappointment was we thought we would have private beach access but the public beach was perfect, close enough and not crowded at all.
