Needs some updates

View is terrific. Beautiful condo. Furniture needs updating. Being by the pool was nice, but very loud. Condo was clean except the floors turned feet black if barefoot. Having to retrieve and return actual keys 15 minutes from the property seems like an unnecessary step, especially in 2024.

Great Resort

The resort was everything we had hoped for. The only unfortunate things was the weather did not cooperate. But you cannot control mother nature. We did enjoy our stay.

Great place for a great view!

The wrap-around porch at this unit is ideal! The location of the complex is great - the beach was never really crowded around us and it's only about a mile walk to John's Pass. The unit could have been a little cleaner but we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place but a little loud with kids at the pool. The tiki seating was very nice when you want to get out of the sun for a few minutes. There were a lot of people at the pool that were not staying at the condos, that was frustrating.
