This was a perfect place to saty while we visited our daughter. Right on Dickson so close walkable to restuarants and bars, and easy access to a walking trail. The place was comfortable and spacious with a full kitchen and beautiful balcony.

This was a wonderful property, clean, roomy and in a great location! We would definitely use it again. The host was also extremely kind and gave detailed instructions. He made everything super easy to follow, and it made our stay that much better.

University of AR Visit

This condo was within walking distance to the engineering school and all the Dickson Street sites. It was clean and well lit. We felt safe as two women staying in the property.

Everything went wonderfully! The apartment is in a great location and was just what was depicted on the website. It was quiet even though it's located near a busy street. We loved the balcony. The instructional email had everything we needed in it. I highly recommend it and will stay again in the future.

Great Location & Amazing Experience w/ the Owner

The condo is beautiful, with superb views of the UA Campus and Old Main. The owner provided great customer service and was extremely flexible and easy to work with regarding a check-in time. The condo was very clean and all descriptions on-line were accurate. We would recommend this condo to anyone who is needing a place to stay in Fayetteville. I am glad you guys enjoyed the place. I always try to work with guests on check-in and check-out times. When people are arriving and leaving on the same day, we have to stick to the schedule, but any other time is no problem. I want each guest to have as much time as possible to enjoy this great location. Also, if you have any pictures of you girls getting ready for the wedding that you would want to share, I would love to see them or even post one on the listing to show future guests the many possibilities of this condo. Thanks again.
