The condo is high end, beautifully furnished. Comfortable, upscale, fully equipped with washer and dryer. 2bed/2 full baths. Wonderful boutique building with only 7 units. Private deeded covered parking. Elevator or stairs to second level. Lovely outdoor courtyards and fountains. Lush landscaping.
*PLEASE NOTE: the building has a 30 day min per HOA—no exceptions. Preference for 2021-2022 season will be afforded to long term travelers. I.e. over 90 days.
