Mirabella is a newly built holiday home inviting you to come with your family and friends for a relaxing time away. You will enjoy being in a quiet street with coastal views of Encounter Bay.

Mirabella is located within only a short distance to the beach, boat ramp and restaurants and is the perfect place to base your holiday on the Fleurieu Peninsula. This spacious holiday home has magnificent views over the bay and the Bluff. Only a short drive to the beach and local eateries.

* Upstairs - Open plan kitchen, dining and living with access to the balcony with rural and sea views.
* Dishwasher
* Upstairs - Master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite
* Downstairs - Bedroom 2 & 3 both with queensize beds, bedroom 4 has a tri bunk
* Second living room downstairs
* Air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs living
* Family bathroom
* Laundry with access to rear yard
* WIFI
* Off street parking
* Well behaved pets are welcome - Pet fee of $50 applies
* Barbeque has been upgraded to a Webber Q - the use of the bbq is no longer allowed on the upstairs balcony for insurance purposes
* Not all TV`s have free to air channels

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

Lovely property for a big family getaway. Plenty of room and facilities. Views were amazing. The weather prevented us from maximising the big undercover balcony, but no doubt this would be a hit during warmer months.

NO BBQ on Balcony

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos showed a lot of promise for this holiday property but unfortunately for me the photo displaying a Hooded BBQ on the Balcony proved to be inaccurate. On querying the property managers, who where not aware that the BBQ had been moved, they promptly replied that the owner had decided against using that BBQ pictured on the balcony due to heavy winds and a fire hazard. There is now a Webber Q downstairs around the side of the house. Who doesn’t love a BBQ on a balcony overlooking the lovely surrounding views rather than carting stuff up and down stairs. I accept the owners reasoning but the listing ultimately is an inaccurate description. The property has wifi which is great but no smart TV. The kitchen is on the small side and the fridge door opens to the right does not help things. Apart from that the property was in a good location with great views and very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large holiday house plenty of space for two families. No fans in the bedrooms made it really hot. You need to have the blinds up to have the windows open which made it hard to sleep due to natural light. Kitchen quite small for the size of house. Not a lot of bench space to prepare food. Fridge door swings the wrong way which makes it difficult to get food out. This is something I strongly recommend fixing. Overall location was great.

Nice and clean

The whole house is well set out . Very clean , pet friendly but not for big dogs ,can easily jump out , but nice to have them with you. Good position, nice views , slightly far away from the beach , but the views and quiet court street makes up for it.big spacious new 2 story house.
