Players Club Membership Available With Heated Pool

Summary:

This is a large, 4 bedroom single family home with golf course views. The homes comes with a heated pool and spa, a 2 car garage, a laundry room and multiple living spaces. There is also the option to transfer the Players Club membership giving our guests full access to those facilities. Please see further down in the description for more information about the Players Club.



The Space:

This is one of the most spectacular homes available in the Mustang Island neighborhood of Lely Resort. The home comes complete with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms and there is plenty of space for you and your overnight guests! With it's spacious layout, the home features multiple dining spaces including indoor and casual dining set for 4, a formal dining set for 6, 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter and an outdoor dining set on the screened and covered lanai that seats 6 and an additional outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella that seat 4. A desk and chair along with a printer was recently added for the convenience of our guests.



Additional living spaces include the entertainment room, the living room, the kitchen and the outdoor spaces. The southeast facing pool area includes a free form heated pool and spa with a propane gas grill for your use. There is lots of tropical and lush landscaping and hedging throughout to create tons of privacy.



The main bedroom has a King bed, a flat screen TV and a large and sprawling attached main bathroom suite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat screen TV and an attached full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Additionally there is also and attached 2 car garage and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.



Set up as resort living, Lely Resort's Player's Club many amenities include , Billiards, Bocce Court, Business Center, the Players Club Clubhouse, a Fitness Center a Full Service Spa and much more!



There are 2 public golf courses available in Lely Resort that you can play golf at as well, the Mustang course and the Flamingo Island Course. Relax around a round of golf at Sam Sneads restaurant. The Flamingo course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr and the Mustang course is by world renowned Lee Trevino. Make sure to call the clubhouse to get your tee times and for more info!



Located within Lely Resort of Naples, Florida the Mustang Island neighborhood is centrally located in Naples and it is is an easy and quick drive to I-75, to downtown Naples, Marco Island and many beaches including the Naples Pier Beach.



There are miles of lighted paths throughout the resort and Eagle Lakes County Park is just down the road, or connected by sidewalk, with a small water park, court sports and miles lovely nature trails around multiple lakes - it is a birders paradise!



Important Details:



**PETS NOT ALLOWED** The rental includes a $550 monthly electric bill cap per 30 days of rental. Anything over that the renter will be responsible to pay.



The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.



This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.



There are additional application fees and a background check fee as well. These are all NOT included with reservation and MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.



To transfer the Players Club membership there is an $397.50 (subject to change) transfer fee not included in this reservation and paid separately

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
