great little place and location

the apt is just as pictured. small and cozy and VERY clean. very comfortable. easy drive to anywhere and cheap uber distance to anyplace downtown. close to good restaurants and bars. can't recommend 45 degrees enough. Also really like English Ivy's even though it's a bit different than it was a couple of years ago. But, hey, who can criticize sunlight...right? overall enjoyed the accomodations. I didn't have a need to contact the property owner/manager. easy in and out. will definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable accommodations

We had a great stay here! The property manager was very nice and super helpful with any questions we had. It had a Roku TV so if you remember your password for Netflix Hulu etc. you can login and watch TV from there. The bed was very comfortable.
