The large, open great room features a gas fireplace, TV/Apple TV/Blu-Ray DVD, comfortable seating and modern beach décor. A dining table seats eight, and there are four seats at the adjoining breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen, with its sparkling gold and grey granite, stainless appliances and gas range, is ready for all your cooking adventures, which can carry on outdoors on the side deck’s dining table and gas barbecue. There’s a king master suite on the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find a library and reading nook on the landing, plus two bedrooms, one a queen, and one capable of delighting lots of kids. Two double-over-double bunk beds have additional twin trundles, a table with soft cube seats, and lots of games, books and toys for the younger set. Downstairs a media room with velvety sectionals has TV, DVD (with a library), Wii and X-Box, a DVD library, games, a game/craft table and crafting supplies. French doors lead outside to the hot tub. The garage has loads of beach and pool toys, chairs, life jackets and a pair of bikes. Your Olivia Beach location gives you access to the neighborhood playground, park, pool, and beach access, and it’s minutes by car to dining, shopping, outlet mall and casino in Lincoln City. Pretty beach house. Comfy beds

The roads in and out are quite narrow, and the houses are very close together, but all are nice and clearly well kept. Beach is fabulous. Many stairs, but there are lots of landings on which to rest or take in the view. Our family enjoyed our stay here!

Awesome house!!

Lovely home!!! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! I was impressed with how well stocked it was, especially for kids. Lots of room to roam inside with plenty of space for all! I also thought the house was very clean and neat. Loved the neighborhood and all of the amenities it offers. We will be coming back and definitely recommend the home!

Amazing!

This is a perfect property for a families with kids! The house was well stocked with plenty of room for everyone. Everything was very comfortable and very clean. Our only complaint was the driveway. It’s super steep and a super tight fit for 3 cars. A small downside in comparison with how wonderful the rest of the house is. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent house with a group of all ages

A lot of stairs. Parking was rough and NO yard. But everything else was awesome. House has a lot of space , is roomy and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The park across the street was a plus, even had a bonfire one night. Nice neighborhood and the beach access is a hop and skip away!!

Nice family home

The house was in good order except for a few things. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms. We had to buy some. Also very little dish soap and no dish rags or scrubbers. The main floor bed is very noisy. Very well equipped with everything else. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our weekend. Everything was well equipped with towels, linens and bedding. Game/craftroom was awesome to entertain kids. Kitchen, dining, and living room open concept great for hanging out even when cooking. Kitchen had everything we needed. Space is tight in the kitchen but functional enough we dined in every meal. Very quiet neighborhood with 4 mins walk to a nice beach and small park across the street. Be prepared for stairs in this house and too the beach. Fast internet and smart tv's. We would stay again. Comfortable

Really comfortable home. We especially loved the living room area - it’s a great gathering spot for family. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were lucky enough to see deer walking through! Plenty of space for everyone (but if you have mobility issues, this would not be the best location due to multiple flights of stairs.) Everything we needed for making large dinners, playing board games and hanging out. The driveway is NOT adequate for 3 vehicles. The slope of the driveway resulted in a Camry bottoming out. Our Jeep Wagoner didn’t bottom out but hung over the sidewalk. We contacted the property manager and they basically said it IS big enough and if we weren’t able to make it work, we could park by the highway and walk to the house. The only other negative was the hot tub is in the driveway, visible from the sidewalk/street. Not a huge issue for us but could be for some.

Great Stay in Olivia Beach...

Location of the house was great. Very close to the park where the kids had lots of room to run & play. Also a very easy walk to the stairway up to the beach access. Short 1/2 mile walk to an awesome breakfast place - Nelscott Breakfast House (highly recommended). And a short drive to the outlets. The rental house was very spacious. Lots of rooms & beds to choose from. The LL bedroom has a full bathroom that was shared w/bonus room. Bonus room had tons of games, craft supplies & gaming systems, plus a nice TV & comfy couch - awesome space for the kids to play. The main level had the primary bedroom w/full bathroom. The main level was open & felt very comfortable. Dining room table was large enough for family dinners, games & work. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, pantry stuff, appliances (crock-pot, Insta-pot, hand mixers, toaster, etc), bread pans, cookie sheets, cutting boards. The hutch held enough glasses, mugs, plates, bowls & serving ware for everyone & more. Overall the house & location were PERFECT. The biggest drawback was the parking. There's no street parking in Olivia Beach & the driveway of this home was too narrow & steep for our cars. Our friends Toyota SUV scrapped during the first attempt in... but we figured out the angle that they needed to come in to avoid it the next time. We tried all the same angles with our Tesla & there was NO WAY it could get up there. We had to park outside the neighborhood & walk to the house.

Nice family friendly place

Nice family friendly place really close to the park. I will say it was not that clean when we got there and we needed to do some cleaning ourselves. Other than that it was a very nice place not to far to walk to the beach but there is a good size staircase so the littlest had a hard time but not terrible. Driveway is steep so if your car sits low be prepared to bottom out. Wonderful deck space to sit and drink coffee in the morning. Lots of stuff for the kids to do it was all in all a wonderful trip and nice place to stay.

Beautiful house and great location.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the emergency evacuation during the wildfires. We were there for 2 nights and didn’t have power for most of that time up to the evacuation. Property management did a great job communicating emergency instructions via text. Would have appreciated to have been credited the extra 1.5 days since there was no power.

Greaat family weekend

Excellent rental with everything we wanted. Lots of room with a bed configuration that suited our family well. The hot tub was ready for us when we arrived and is in a nice secluded spot out of the view of neighbors. Well equipped kitchen and a large dining table was a must for our large group. Had a great time

The property was great. We've stayed at Olivia Beach about 4 times and it was by far our favorite house. We had a great time there and had plenty of room for adults and the kids. Hopefully we will be able to stay there again next year.
