A Perfect Plce to Stay in Naples

This house is PERFECT--beautiful in every way and close to everything. It is about 10 min. to downtown and the beaches. The pool is very nice and the flowers surrounding the property make it feel like a tropical paradise. We loved our stay here!

Great location. Pool was FREEZING-reached out to owner and was told she would have her mother check on the heater and never heard back. Really dampened the trip since we stayed there for the pool. Disappointed to say the least.

I’m sorry to hear that the pool temperature impacted your experience, as I understand how important that was to your trip.- As shared during your stay, the pool is equipped with a solar heater, which is fully disclosed in the listing. Solar heating depends heavily on sunny weather, and unfortunately, the cooler and overcast days during your visit prevented the water from reaching warmer temperatures.- I did offer to have my mother check the system and valves, and everything was confirmed to be functioning properly. Additionally, I offered access to the nearby community pool, which has an electric heater, along with the children’s park, in hopes of providing an alternative so you could still enjoy your vacation.While I regret that this was disappointing for you, I appreciate the opportunity to clarify for future guests and wish you the best in your travels.”

Outstanding Amenities and Great Location

The house had everything including tupperware, spices, coolers, and pool and beach toys!We were able to visit the Zoo (5 minute drive), Marco Island (30 minute drive), Botanical Garden (5 minute drive), beaches, and tasty restuarants with ease.The kids loved the pool after a long day of sight seeing.

Loved the property; very clean. Great lanai and pool to relax in. Owner was very responsive, though there were no problems at all. Good location near highways and easy to get to all points in Naples. Excellent rental; we were there for five nights.

Best family spring break ever!

We loved this house! Both kids and adults enjoyed the pool, the backyard and patio. Inside was spotless with lots of light and a modern feel. There were some provisions and things other guests had left behind, as well as sports paraphernalia and more. The neighborhood was nice; I enjoyed running through it every day. The owner was very friendly, answered my texts immediately and accommodated my requests right away.We absolutely recommend this house!!

Small piece of heaven

I’m so glad I found this house. It was quiet and peaceful. The airport is near by but the few planes that took off didn’t even bother me. Beautiful house, inside and out. Quiet neighborhood and places to eat and shopping close by. I stayed there for 15 days on a healing journey and it was the best decision I ever made. My cat loved the screened in patio while I enjoyed the pool and scenery in the backyard. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms and the bed was so comfortable. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful Stay

The neighborhood is clean, safe, and quiet. Although near the airport, we only heard the planes when we were outside. It was never bothersome. The house had everything you could want and then some. Very clean. A cleaning service was provided halfway through our 4-week stay, which we greatly appreciated. We had a few very minor problems that were immediately corrected by the owner. She could not have been more responsive. This is a great house for a dog, because of the lanai and the neighborhood. Several excellent restaurants and take-out places are within easy walking distance, so you don't need to worry about food ever. The pool is only heated by the sun, so not really warm enough to swim in Jan-Feb. The beach was a ten minute ride, as was most everything, very convenient location. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. I have stayed in a ton of Vacation rentals with and without kids but I have to say this was one of my favorites for my family. We were visiting with family members who live in Naples and the house was absolutely perfect for us to gather and have dinner. Perfect layout. Kids being able to be on one side of the house and my husband and I on the other is such a underrated layout feature. 9 times out of 10 hosts toss all left over supplies which is so wasteful but it was so nice to be able to have salt and pepper and things they actually saved for the next person. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen with lots of options for pots, pans and cooking. To be honest we didn’t need to leave the house to eat out which makes it much more reasonable for a family of 5. Host was so nice and accommodating to let us check in early and out late. We will certainly be back! Highly recommend this house and host!

Below expectations

The pool was filthy, the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom made lout rattling noise, the pots and pans were filthy, scratched and dented, the furniture looked like old mixed matched garage sale. The skylight shade did not work. Urine stains on mattress pad in primary bedroom.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -The pool is serviced weekly by a professional service company, with a pool skimmer and a net for routine maintenance. Unfortunately, since the pool is not caged on a windy day many leaves may fall in. We also have a pool vacuum constantly running to assist during the week in between services -The blades for the fan in the master bedroom have been adjusted and are working properly to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers -Our photos depict the listing accurately so the guests can decide before booking if the style matches their preferences -We have confirmed there is a well-stocked supply of kitchen essentials for guests to use, we identified one pot with scratches and all others are in good condition -The home was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the day before your arrival, including mopping and vacuuming. Also, there are hypoallergenic mattress covers on all of the mattresses -The skylight works via remote control. If you had any questions, we wish you would have let us know so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay Thanks for your feedback. We are confident that future guests will find this home clean and comfortable.

Family reunion

We were in Naples for a family reunion and 6 of us stayed here. Wonderful indoor and (especially) outdoor space! Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. A rental car was a must for us as the rest of the family were situated in Old Naples. Would rent here again for sure!

Enjoyable week

We spent an enjoyable week in the home. It was clean, well-stocked, and met our needs. The owner is extremely responsive and immediately took care of any issues we raised. The beds were comfortable and there was a plentiful amount of towels. The kitchen appliances are in excellent shape and the counter plus the dining table made it easy for our group of six to also work when we weren't at the beach or touring the area. On one chilly evening, the fire pit came in handy and we enjoyed sitting around it. There is a brand new grill on the screened in patio but we actually did not use it. The home is on a quiet residential street but no more than 10 minutes from several beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Naples.

From the moment you enter this dingy unmaintenanced house you know you have been DECEIEVED! NOTHING IS AS IT IS IN THE PHOTOS.THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN! A BROKEN DOWN NON FUNCTIONING BBQ.PAINT MISSING ALL OVER .TOILET SEATS THAT ARE STAINED BLACK AND YEARS PAST SERVICE.PATCHES OF PLASTER IN MANY ROOMS NEVER PAINTED.THE FLOORS ARE IN SUCH NEED OF REPLACEMENT BECAUSE THEIR BEYOND CLEANING. CUSHIONS YOU WONT SIT ON FOR THEY ARE DIRTY BEYOND DISCUSTING.FOR 200 A NIGHT YOU MAY CONSIDER IT.MAYBE! BUT WE WERE DUPED INTO PAYING ALMOST 990 PER NIGHT ALTHOUGH WE DID GET A SMALL REFUND. THE BED WELL FORGET BEING COMFORTABLE ITS ALSO WAY PAST ITS SERVICE LIFE. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THIS HOME HAS BEEN MAINTAINED. WHAT A BAD REFLECTION ON YOUR COMPANY.WE HAVE BEEN LOYAL VRBO CLIENTS FOR YEARS AND WONDER HOW THIS CAN HAPPEN. I TRIED TO SEND PICTURES BUT YOUR SITE KEPT REJECTING THEM INDICATING THEY ARE TOO LARGE.OUR TRIP WAS SO AWFUL DUE TO SOMEONES GREED AND COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE TO DOING THE RIGHT THING WITH THEIR PROPERTY. WE WOULD WELCOME A REPLY

Hi Kenny and Margaret, we wanted to pass along the following response from the owners: "We are sorry to hear you were disappointed, since it is our aim to provide a wonderful, five star experience for each of our guests. However, this review is completely uncalled for, and we would like to address these statements. -The original complaints that you had were that the paint colors were dark and the lightbulbs should be LED. Our listing clearly shows the property as it is, so that our guests will know exactly what to expect. -We apologize that the BBQ had been broken and we had it replaced within a few days. -We had mentioned in advance that the lanai door was going to be replaced during your stay, as we had been waiting due to supply chain issues, and the installer showed up on the second day of your stay. To say that we don't maintain the property is false. -You kept calling us to complain but did not have any valid concerns. We kept asking you, "Sir, please tell us exactly what needs to be addressed," but you could not give us any particular issue that needed attention. -The furniture is clean and we have checked to make sure nothing is out of place. -The home was built in 1979. It is not a luxury house, but it is clean, beautiful, in good repair, and is exactly as it appears in the listing. We are sorry if this was just not the right property for you, and we are sorry to see that you have written a completely untrue, defamatory review. We look forward to moving on and providing our future guests with a great stay."

The neighborhood is wonderful! Location is awesome if you’re wanting to journey to Marco Island or Bonita Springs. House was fully equipped. Really enjoyed the backyard, pool, and screened porch. October weather is perfect!!!
