Condo was nice & clean. It is within walking distance of most things. The only complaint I have is the constant smell of food cooking. Not sure if it was from another unit or the restaurant next door.
The perfect location for an Asheville trip. Walking distance from anything you could need or want to do. The property was clean and safe with lots of keypad access to get in. Highly recommend
When we booked online I thought it was too good to be true, but saw the great reviews by 40+ guests and they were all true. Photos were accurate with the space. Clean and beautiful space, close to downtown, we walked about 90% of the time to everything we want to see. Felt secure, safe, I would highly recommend to anyone and will book the same place if we come back.
We had a blast in Asheville! Brewery hopping and checking out some great restaurants. Our condo was amazing...perfect size for us. Location was excellent. Hoping to come back when it warms up for a longer period of time.

Extremely clean apartment near downtown. It was right across from a small bus station but we never heard any noise or felt unsafe. So close to walk to stores, restaurants and brewery’s. Garage to park in under building with coded doors. Would definitely stay here again.

Great new building. 5 minutes from downtown.
Nice new construction. Home was very nice. Lots of nice touches, inc robes!
Unit is above one of garage entrances so you'll hear door rumble but not too much. Happy to stay here again.

My stay at your place could not have been any better! Location is perfect! Kitchen had everything that was needed! Bed was very comfortable along with the furniture! I read reviews about the garage door opening and being able to hear it but the noise was not as loud or as much as I read about. My stay was in February so maybe it wasn't a high tourist time. Would stay again!
This spotlessly clean condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities anyone could ask for including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, large walk-in shower, cooking utensils and secure parking on the premises.
We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the breweries in downtown. The condo was very close to the river arts District and to the Biltmore estate. I would highly recommend this rental.

Brand new property,still construction going on,great location for walking to restaurants and bars,only negative is that the bedroom is directly over the 2nd floor garage and when the garage door operator is activated is is really loud and shakes the bedroom floor...and it was activated quite often by workers in the mornings

We enjoyed the location of the property and the cleanliness of it. It was noisy (above the garage door). Our biggest complaint was that the AC never cooled below 77 degrees. There were no instructions to help us and we didn’t hear back from the property company. Had we not been internally combusting while inside the unit, we’d rate it 5 stars across the board.
We came to Asheville to celebrate my husbands 40th. We were pleasantly surprised how close the apartment was to downtown. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and was decorated nicely. The locks/codes to get into the building/elevator/unit put our mind at ease with the extra level of security. The only minor thing I could possibly say, is the unit is right above the second level garage door. If you are a light sleeper, you would be able to hear this in the early morning hours. Other than that, the unit was perfect and I would highly recommend it. We can't wait to come to Asheville again and stay here!

Ok on the surface don’t stay in 301
on the surface it’s clean and well maintained. BUT pots were all filthy, coffee maker didn’t work, neither did bedroom cable and the sparse kitchen lighting went out as soon as we got there. We called the office as directed, we were texted that someone would come the next day. Nobody showed up and we were scolded for texting back instead of calling. Also 301 is right above the garage door and the noise—all hours of the day and night—is deafening. Manager just didn’t care.
The property was very well-maintained and secure. Although directly across the street from a bus station with lots of homeless activity, my wife and I never felt unsafe even walking around the area late at night. The building is nestled of the northwest side of the South Slope about a 5-10 minute walk from breweries including High-Wire, Wicked Weed, Twin Leaf, Burial, Catawba, Asheville Brewing, and Terra Nova, and a 5-10 minute walk from countless dining and entertainment locations along and off Patton Ave in the heart of downtown. It was great to be able to adventure for a few hours and then have a short walk back to the unit to rest and recover before heading back out for more fun. The unit was exactly as advertised. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious enough that we did not feel like we were ever on top of each other while living out of our suitcases for 4 days. The kitchen is very nice with new appliances. The living room is small but cozy. It is enough space to entertain another couple, but probably a max of 4 individuals could relax comfortably. The washer and dryer were great additions. If one critique, calling the balcony "mountain-view" is a bit of a stretch, but we didn't really utilize it and probably wouldn't have done so even if the view was better. Having a parking spot in a garage was a luxury, especially with the 90+ degree August weather. My wife and I would definitely be more than comfortable staying here again for our next trip to Asheville.

This condo checked all the boxes of what we were looking for. My top priorities are security and cleanliness. This place got an A++ on both. Very close to Biltmore and in walking distance of so many great restaurants. The "mountain views" are views of the top of a building and the custom hardwood floors are LVP, but that didn't bother us. The website says shampoo and soap are provided but the bottles of "conditioning shampoo" are tiny as are the 2 small bars of soap so bring your own. The only recommendation I have is to include a cart in the parking area to transport luggage up to the condo. One of the condos had a cart chained to the pillar for use and it was a great idea. Check in and out was very easy. We'll definitely be back!
We stayed two nights and it had close access to fun restaurants and breweries. Only issue was with the Vrbo app itself. I could not open the messages / inbox portion of the Vrbo app. It appeared to be down so I was not able to communicate with my Vrbo owner at all.
Plenty of space, decor was inviting and supplies and appliances were appreciated for a comfortable stay! Suggestion: handicap bars in shower strongly recommended! I caught myself in a slip! Floor gets slippery once water and soap hit the floor!
