The property was in a good location to walk in the city. It was nice having a garage to bring luggage in and out if it was raining. We would definitely stay here again.

Great proximity to downtown, Biltmore & Arts District
very nice and modern property and very secure building. Great walkable location. This unit directly faces a bus terminal- so pretty noisy
Unfortunately, we had to keep windows covered and could not really enjoy the balcony during our stay
We were happy to find this cute little condo in downtown Asheville at the last minute! We literally parked our car in the garage when we arrived and did not get back in it until we left - because so many things were within walking distance. We shopped, ate great food - even attended a baseball game. Highly recommend!

Last minute getaway
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this brand new apartment in downtown Asheville. Comfortable, quiet, well appointed and perfect for our family of 5. Nicely decorated, plenty of room and seating for all of us. Large windows and sliding doors let you take in the view and enjoy the sunlight.
Check in instructions were clear and simple. I would definitely stay here again!

2nd time in bldg. Condo very nice and easy clean for exit. Great location. Only issue is parking as there are always going to be 2 cars. Wonder if they can’t buy spaces in adjacent lost and pass thru cost. Realize downtown parking is always a challenge but something to consider.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed and garage was very nice. Our only complaint was the public bus station located directly across the street. As a result we did not use the balcony or keep blinds open.

Didn’t realize unit overlooks bus transfer station - which led to lots of noise from buses and passengers experiencing difficulties. Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. Needed to be rebooted or lost signal throughout the day. When I asked property manager - their solution was to re-boot so that’s what we did for three months. Very walkable to downtown and restaurants, But that was neutralized by the noise of the bus transfer station.
This condo was amazing, so much so that I’m going to book again soon. We were there to visit the Biltmore.
Everything was as listed, very clean and safe. Safety was most important, love the codes for everything.
It is near a bus depot, but honestly it didn’t bother me.
It would help if they let us know if the parking space for the specific unit is up or down. We went to the wrong deck, but the lady returned our cal within five min. Overall very nice and my family was impressed.

Location near south slope is great. Bus stop across the street is a bit loud. Nice Condo, reasonable rates.
The condo was clean and beautiful. Just the right size for 4 of us. Only thing was our rooms faces the street and the bus station across the street. There was a concert at Rabbit Rabbit but it ended before we got back to the condo.
We’d stay again.
The property was cozy, clean, and safe. The best and worst thing about the property is the location. The bad: It is right across from the bus station. There are a bunch of homeless there all hours of the day. You can hear commotion during all hours of the night. With that being said, the building is SUPER safe as EVERYTHING requires a code to enter. The good: It is walkable distance to almost everything you want to do downtown. Shopping, dining, and breweries within a half mile and most everything within 10 minutes walking distance.
We drove about 45 to hike to Graveyard Falls on the Blue Ridge Pkwy while there.
We enjoyed our stay at this unit while we were in Asheville. The location was fantastic. Close (walking distance) to many of the restaurants and breweries we wanted to go to. The check-in information was seamless, and we really liked having a covered assigned parking space. Unit was the perfect size for my husband and myself and the other couple we travelled with. Everything we needed in the unit was included (coffee maker, fridge, plenty of towels). Highly recommend!
This property met all of our needs for our 3 night stay in Asheville. Walkable to many downtown restaurants, breweries and shopping. The building is very secure and the parking garage was also secure. It was nice to be able to leave the car there and not be concerned about security.
The condo was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and pillows made for good sleeping.
Perfect south slope location in walking distance to many local breweries. It was great to park in the secure garage and not worry about the car. Unit was immaculate and could do 6 easily if needed.
This condo is modern, beautiful, very clean and comfortable! We had a wonderful time staying here!!
Note: We didn't have any communication with the Property Manager, but I couldn't submit the review without a rating. I rated it 5 stars because the rest of our stay was excellent!
This was perfect for my 14 yr old granddaughter and me. Everything was spotless. Beds were comfortable. We heard almost no street traffic. Walked to dinner and shops in less than 5 minutes. We had a question about the AC and used the emergency contact number. We didn’t get a response until mid-morning the following day. Had we been in a huge jam that would have been a deal breaker.
Great place to stay in Asheville. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and spacious.
