Great for individuals or families, the house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and beds and pull out sofas for up to 15. Extensively renovated in 2014, the house features a second-floor screened porch with tile floor, vaulted ceiling with skylights , dining table, hammock and a cushioned porch swing. Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, laundry machines, pottery and a large handmade oak table that can seat twelve. Enjoy the sound of the nearby creek in a rocking chair on the front porch. House features handmade blackout curtains in every room, custom tile bathroom floors, fully customizable A/C and heat, reliable electricity and hot water with a back up generator, WiFi with free guest access, TVs in the living room TV and master bedroom.

Please note, we gladly rent to individuals, families, and organizations, but not to youth groups. We prefer that items in the garage not be used unless necessary. The garage refrigerator/freezer are available, but please remove all food when leaving.
