Welcome to Mariner Pointe #1042 where every day is just another day in paradise! This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath, bay-front beauty is the perfect island getaway. This condo is located on the 2nd floor and upon entry to the unit you'll be greeted with spectacular water views as far as the eye can see. The master suite boasts those same great views, a King-sized bed, and an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 Twin beds and the 2nd bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the condo for more privacy. Enjoy the incredible morning sunrises and watch the wildlife play from your private lanai. Your screen and glass enclosed lanai area is the perfect spot where you can spend your days enjoying all the beauty that Sanibel has to offer!

Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, an all-weather tennis court, pickleball court and multi-use court (can be used for pickleball also), a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and easy access to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants and the island-wide bike paths.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. No elevator access. No Pets allowed.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Mariner Pointe Update: Amenities have been restored including the community pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, and a large landscaping project. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!

AC would not go below 70 degrees and airflow was not good. Bed in 2nd bedroom was not stable and significantly moved. Had to put the mattress on the floor.

Heaven on Earth

What a wonderful place to vacation! You can watch a nature show from the lanai with the wonderful view, or swim, fish, bike and just do as you please. The condo is comfortably decorated with all the comforts of home, and more. I would definitely recommend this condo. Thanks for sharing it with me.

Did I mention clean?

I have been staying on Captiva Island for 20 years and this year I decided to try Sanibel since I spend a lot of my time on this Island. Mariner Pointe is a lovely group of condos, I almost hate to tell you how nice it is because I want to go again. The location is perfect, the view is spectacular and I much prefer the bayside in order to interact with the wildlife on the Island. The condo was as listed, very comfortable, great view, extremely clean and I did not want for anything. It’s on the second floor but an easy climb if you are concerned with stairs. The pool is nearby and so is the tennis court and shuffleboard. Even if you don’t play, it’s fun to sit and watch a game of Pickleball. All I can say is I will return to this clean and charming condo with the spectacular view.

Mariner Pointe 1042

Beautiful property but air conditioning in this condo is set at a maximum cooling temperature of 73 degrees. The condo felt warm and uncomfortable at times especially after jogging or biking in the 80 plus degree weather. I would veer toward another unit that allows for a cooler temperature.

Beautiful condo.

The condo was beautifully decorated in the Sanibel style, with a gorgeous view of the gulf and the famous Sanibel Causeway. It was wonderful to wake up to that every morning. We enjoyed the pool and the shuffleboard Court, also. No complaints. Very nice place to stay.

Second week at Mariners Pointe

Property was clean, the furniture more than adequate: however, the kitchen was minimally equipped, and what was there was cheap. Eight corelle dinner plates, no serving plates. A set of three Pyrex mixing bowls, no salad bowls. One small cutting board—and a glass one— that ruins knifes. Two kitchen towels. Only one book in the whole place—a Sanibel cook book. We’re used to staying in places that feel more homelike. No choices in bed pillows. I would not recommend this particular unit, we stayed in a different unit the week before and loved it, this one not so much.

We love Mariner Pointe, we like being able to look out the windows and watch dolphins, manatees, and boats go by. It's a quiet and easygoing vacation with lots to do, see, and many restaurants to enjoy. I tell my friends and family, if you ever get a chance to go, run don't walk as fast as you can.....you will definitely have a great time!! No place like it ❤️

Love it here

This is the second time we stayed in this particular unit and everything is great. The condo is clean, the bathrooms are nice and since my Husband loves to fish the Dock is wonderful to have.

Beds were comfortable. The condo location was low key and quiet. We could hear road noise from the causeway, but seeing dolphins swimming around more than made up for it. Under normal traffic conditions, left turns onto the main road would be difficult.
