Everything is brand new with 1,600 SF of living space and 1,300 SF outdoor patio and balcony. The street entry is double gated offering extra security and leads you up a staircase to the main level. The living and dining open up to the large patio bringing in lot’s of fresh air and light, with outdoor table, fountain and gas Weber grill. The full kitchen includes all new appliances and dining set for 8. Large 55″ smart TV with cable and free wifi. Upstairs is the balcony with swing where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean, city and mountain views. Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room located off the patio.

Master Bedroom features floor to ceiling glass doors that open up to an attached outdoor terrace with seating for two, offering an open-air feel and lot’s of natural light with ocean/mountain views. Additionally, a small terrace offers seating for two. Features include AC, fan, king size bed, spacious built-in storage and en-suite bath with a large walk-in tile shower and shower bench.
*A pull out sofa bed is also located in the master that sleeps 2, which may be moved to the common area upon request.

Spare Bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area offering privacy for both. This room also features floor to ceiling glass doors opening up to a small outdoor viewing terrace. Other features include AC, fan, queen size bed, built-in storage and en-suite bath with a walk-in tile shower and small window that opens offering extra light and fresh air.

Casa Coronita is semi-attached to Casa Corona Villa (319374) and can be rented separately or in combination with Casa Corona. Casa Coronita has it’s own separate entrance from the street and is also accessible to Casa Corona entry. Depending on the type of rental, the adjoining access may be locked or unlocked. If combined with a Casa Corona rental, you will have direct access to the villa entryway. If rented separately, this access will remain locked and you will have one entry/exit from the street. LOCATION: Located downtown, some noise can be expected as with staying in any city. The property is street level but a side street not a busy main street. Nightly fireworks can be heard and are visible from the upstairs terrace in addition to some nightlife/street noise at times.

TIPPING:
Please remember to tip your staff, it is customary in Mexico to tip all service staff. This includes maids, concierge, chef, maintenance. Local custom is 15-20% in restaurants and bars.
