Our house:
Waterfront oasis just a stone’s throw from downtown Fenwick & local favorites like Harpoon Hanna’s and top restaurant, Our Harvest. This perfect vacation getaway is minutes from the Fenwick boardwalk where the family can enjoy mini golf, bumper boats, water slides & shopping. Enjoy the beaches at the state parks just a few miles up the road or head to the Fenwick or Ocean City beaches less than a mile away.

Property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath. Open floor plan allows for easy entertaining with views of the bay no matter where you sit.

The kitchen is spacious and open with tons of counter space and a sit in bar and island with seating for 7 and a breakfast nook with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful countertops, and all stainless steel appliances.

New floors installed throughout in 2020 - no carpet! New master bedroom balcony installed in 2020.


There’s tons of outdoor spaces at this property, both indoor/outdoor and fully outdoor. There’s a four seasons room off of the living area on the main floor with lots of seating— perfect for a morning coffee or getting out of the sun while still enjoying the fresh air! There is an outdoor dining area, off of the four seasons room with seating for 6 people, great for an outdoor lunch, or cookout! Propane grill is also out back. Enjoy your own private dock and boat tie up, a great spot for catching some rays or catching some fish or crabs! 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are provided. Explore the quiet canal or set out on a journey out to the bay, just a short paddle away. 2 beach cruiser bikes are yours to use if you want to explore the town the locals way. **REQUIRES 4 NIGHT MIN STAY MEMORIAL DAY- LABOR DAY** 2024 update regarding the community pool: The HOA has placed a limit on how many guests can enter the pool. 50 ppl is the max and only 6ppl can come at a time from any one household. ***

Great stay at iss Fenwick’s Castle by the Bay

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, updated and very well stocked. The first floor bunk room is great for children and teens. We enjoyed being on the canal and having access to the SUPs and kayaks. It’s a quick ride to the beach and Fenwick restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again!

House was fantastic and completely as advertised. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and friendly. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the canal each night was very relaxing. Location was optimal, close enough to everything we needed or wanted but far enough away from the main drag. The kayaks were great and allowed us to explore they waters from a differebt angle. Communication from owners was flawless and entry to location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Family stayed at this home which is conveniently located minutes from the beach and restaurants. The weather was perfect and we took advantage of all the water toys and bikes. We brought our own jet skies which we were able to dock at the house. The house was very clean and when we needed to get a hold of the owner our messages were answered quickly. I would definitely rent this house again. We had a great time!!

Miss Fenwick treated us very well

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at this house. The house was clean and neat. The area was fairly quiet in the evenings to relax and the sunsets were great. The provided kayaks and bikes are a nice bonus. Kitchenware was very well stocked and the beds were comfy. The master shower is a bit small but the bathrooms overall will meet your needs. The A/C functioned very well throughout the house despite the super hot summer temps outside. We never visited the community pool so I can't speak to that as we are beach bums. One constructive criticism would be the paddleboards were underinflated or leaking air which was our only slight disappointment. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Miss Fenwick’s Castle by the Bay. The house is beautifully decorated with everytrhing you need. Fit two families comfortably. Quiet neighborhood just minutes from the action. Super close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City, MD.

Beautiful House!

We stayed over a long weekend in June for a girls weekend. The house is even better in person! Everyone in our group raved about how beautiful the home is - from the furnishings down to the decorations. It was immaculately clean as well. Very spacious - perfect for large groups or families. The house was in a great location - quiet neighborhood but easy drive to the beach and restaurants. The paddle boards and kayaks were great to take out on the water. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Great water sport options

We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend despite the terrible weather we had. The house comes with bikes, floating mat, kayaks and paddle boards which kept our boys busy. We also brought a jet ski and boat with us. Enjoyed the view we had on canal and of the bay over the two houses across the way. The kitchen was equipped with everything we possibly needed. The only complaint would be the beds in two of the rooms upstairs. They weren’t very comfortable and the linens seemed old. Overall, it was a great stay for two families who love to be on the water!
