The apartment is cozy & fully furnished with cable TV, Air conditional, working desk, WIFI, 1 queen-size bed. Other facilities include private bathroom, spacious living room & kitchen area.
The apartment has big window with amazing full panorama view to the Hanoi old style street & Old Quarter area, which is great for relaxing, having a cup of tea & observing local people's daily lives. You will have a chance to enjoy an unfiltered, unique & truly local experience.

My apartment is ready to be your home from home and is located near some of Hanoi's top attraction, Hoàn Kiem Lake, Hanoi Grand Theater, Old quarter... Due to the central location, and numerous buses which service the area, this makes for a great place to stay if you want to visit all the best sights in Hanoi.

The location of this little apartment/ room was perfect with lift access, a quieter street very close to the lake and to everything else in the Old Quarter. Little restaurants and coffee shops, 5 min easy walk to the big church and conveniently located for bus pick ups in adjacent streets. We were pleased large buses do not fit into this narrow street so a lot of foot traffic was local. Washing machine and dryer were great. Regular room cleans were good with easy contact to the housekeeping and organising staff. Self check in was easy. The whole vibe was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. In such a bustling big city it was an oasis.

This is the BEST place to stay in Hanoi

We knew we wanted to stay in Old Town. When I found this location it looked good and it was as good as it looked. The place is spacious has everything you would need and the location is just perfect. It’s not on a busy street but you’re just steps away from busy street. I can’t say enough good of location. My only comment would be that you don’t need to change towels and sheets every day. I felt over indulged. We appreciated the owner and his family who run coffee/tea shop on lower level. Good communicator.

Modern unit

The unit is pleasantly modern, located on an upper floor over a coffee bean shop on the ground floor. I booked this unit because it showed as available for multiple nights (and the listing looked good), but upon check-in I was told that it was only available for 1 night - there seemed to be some issue where the HomeAway system wasn't synchronized with their own records. On my check-out day I found out that the owner was traveling internationally on business, which was why they hadn't been able to respond to me on HomeAway on check-in day. The bathroom was nice as well, with the overall accommodation having only normal wear and tear that would be expected from the unit being rented for a handful of months. This unit seemed to be one of multiple rental units in the building. The staff and the owner were accommodating of me on check-out day.
