Breakers Beach House #10 - Meredith Lodging

Slow down and savor your time together at Breakers #10. This recently remodeled oceanfront vacation rental in Neskowin boasts sweeping views of the Oregon coast, including Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda. It has a private deck and direct access to smooth sand on the pristine beach below.

Two queen bedrooms with new hybrid mattresses and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean are a peaceful place for adults to relax at the end of the day. Kids love spending time in the bunk room upstairs, with dimmable lights next to the king-sized bed and built-in bunk beds. A trundle under the bottom bunk provides a place for another child to sleep.

Watch the waves roll in as you read a book, play a game, or do a puzzle in the comfortable living room. An electric fireplace keeps you cozy when the air is brisk outside, or you simply want more ambiance inside. Curl up on the couch and use the YouTube TV subscription available to guests, or sign into your own streaming account for entertainment using the smart TV and soundbar.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a range with a built-in air fryer, a slow cooker, and other items for mealtime convenience. The dining room is mirrored for added light and comfortably seats eight. Or, grill up your catch of the day on the community barbecue and dine al fresco at the picnic table on the lawn.

Other amenities available to guests of the Breakers include a children’s swing set and a community BBQ. Neskowin Beach Golf Course, Hawk Creek Cafe and Neskowin Trading Company are an easy walk (or bike ride) from Breakers #10 through the quaint, quirky neighborhood full of colorful cottages and sophisticated second homes. There are several hikes near Neskowin as well. Lincoln and Pacific City are just a short drive in either direction, where you can find even more restaurants and activities.

Easy check in, spotless property with a fabulous view. Two kids, 3 adults all very comfortable. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of service but soap and sponge were provided. Will stay again!

Amazing location and amazing property

The property’s kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, the whole property was clean, and the view from every room was phenomenal. I would recommend this property to all my family and friends. As an added bonus, if their is a large group there are ten houses on the property, which could be rented in conjunction with each other.

Beautiful property, very homey and cozy! Enjoyed fireplace, the deck with the ocean waves..will be back as my daughter is committing to OSU for the fall. Only complaint, would love to see a salad spinner😉

The location can’t be beat, right on the beach. The house is so nice it’s got all new furnishings and is decorated super cute. It was spotless. Loved the big tub and the beautiful ocean views from the bedrooms and living room. Cute little store walking distance away. We had adults, a teen and 2 younger kids who all loved it. I’d stay here again no doubt!

On the beach

The view from this condo is wonderful. The condo was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked (coffee maker was really small). The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of blankets. The bedrooms do not have closets but there were hooks for clothing. Management was good at returning my emails. We plan on booking this condo for next year.

Ideal Escape

I grew up in Neskowin and have been in many of the Breakers units so it was nostalgic to return. I appreciated the upgrades to this unit: the wood flooring, dimmable lighting, comfortable seating, and nice kitchen appliances were appreciated. I also loved that we had stocked wood storage both on the front porch and next to the fireplace, which we sat by each night. Small things, like the foot brush on the back porch and the washer/dryer under the stairwell, were also lovely. And the location truly can't be beat. While I initially wished we were one of the breakers units directly facing the ocean, it didn't take long to realize we had the better view - seeing both our beach and looking north up to Pacific City. We loved the escape. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this property! Perfectly clean, lovely furnishings and well-stocked kitchen. We needed nothing extra. The units are close to one another but positioned in a way that gives you lots of privacy. Beach access is adjacent to the house. We were Pacific City goers for years but it has become a bit overrun. Neskowin is a quaint, walkable, peaceful little beach neighborhood. Highly recommend and we WILL be back! *only tiny issue was the thermostats in the unit - there is one in every room that needs to be turned on if necessary and did not stay on overnight. So we had some chilly mornings but I goggled it and figured it out!

What a great location! The place was very clean, and perfect for the 8 of us. Absolutely loved the location, right on the beach with easy access. Absolutely recommend, the front play area for kids is very well kept up and absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Bucket List Property

It was a dream of mine to stay on the beach where I could open the door and be right on the beach. This property fulfilled my dream. It was everything a beach house should be. Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, lovely appliances. I will definitely stay again.

Great Beach Location

Wonderful location, beach access just steps away. Very nice furnishings, appliances, linens, and bath amenities. Drawbacks - a deck with little sun, and though the house sleeps 8, it is not adequately provisioned. We were a party of 7, including 5 adults. Only 4 wine glasses, 3 of which matched. Only 4 placemats for the dining table. No cover fit any of the large pans or pots; we had to improvise covers with tin foil. Skimpy assortment of drinking glasses and a mishmash of plates. We needed to run the dishwasher after every meal. No coffee pot filters. Of the 5 plastic deck chairs, 2 were broken. No table or other satisfactory flat surface on the deck to enjoy outside dining. If more attention were given to these details, this property would be outstanding.

A slice of heaven

Such a beautiful home on the beach w/ easy access down to the sandy beach & ocean. We loved being able to see the view through the large windows moment we walked in the house. The house was clean as was the bedding - and we could not have asked for more.

Great house on the beach!

This was a great house for 4 adults and 2 small children. Clean and well stocked switch plea the of sleeping space. The house is right on the beach with a view overlooking the ocean and two bedrooms that over look the ocean. Located in quiet little community with a restaurant and grocery within walking distance. Only 10-15 min drive to Lincoln city or Pacific City. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay their again!

Christmas getaway!

My family wanted to enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway for Christmas vacation so we chose the Oregon Coast. We were so excited when we found this beautiful home in the quaint town of Neskowin. It was perfectly loacted so we could easily take day trips to the mountains or the coastal drives.
