This centrally located property is a short drive from downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls as well as minutes from local shops and restaurants. There is also a brand new playground across the street for children. Being located in one of the nicest suburbs of Buffalo this is a great central location and a very family friendly town putting you minuets away from most Buffalo attractions.

3 bedroom two bath house with a fenced in yard. Patio is furnished with table and chairs and the inside of the house is fully furnished with a northern farmhouse flare. This is a quiet family neighborhood with local shops and spots to eat min away.

Very family friendly. It's in a nice neighborhood and there is a nice playground across the street. House is as pictured. It has a nice big kitchen and a dining room where everyone can gather to eat. There was a table and chairs out on the backyard patio too. I booked it for visiting family to stay in so I was already familiar with the area. A lovely weekend at a wonderful Air B&B

We enjoyed our annual shopping trip to the US. After a busy day of sightseeing and shopping, it’s just so lovely to come back to our little home away from home.
