This centrally located property is a short drive from downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls as well as minutes from local shops and restaurants. There is also a brand new playground across the street for children. Being located in one of the nicest suburbs of Buffalo this is a great central location and a very family friendly town putting you minuets away from most Buffalo attractions.

3 bedroom two bath house with a fenced in yard. Patio is furnished with table and chairs and the inside of the house is fully furnished with a northern farmhouse flare. This is a quiet family neighborhood with local shops and spots to eat min away.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The check in was easy and the home was very clean and well equipped. There are plenty of food options close by. I recommend this rental and will stay again if my travels bring me back.

We stayed for a week at this home to visit friends and family as we used to live in WNY. The location of the home is perfect! It is so central and nearby to whatever you want to do in the Buffalo area. The house has everything you would need for your stay. We would absolutely stay in this home again!

The pictures of the property posted on VRBO must have have been a couple years old because personally I found the house to be extremely run down and very disappointing. The WIFI information didn’t work and could not get on the internet to do work until we heard from the owners hours later.

Very family friendly. It's in a nice neighborhood and there is a nice playground across the street. House is as pictured. It has a nice big kitchen and a dining room where everyone can gather to eat. There was a table and chairs out on the backyard patio too. I booked it for visiting family to stay in so I was already familiar with the area. Lot's of restaurants near by and conveniently located near the thruway

Not what was promised. Gross unclean kitchen. Cobwebs and Dusty everywhere . Black mold in the shower. Light bulbs missing where you needed them. Unusable garbage. Left as soon as we were able to get a hotel.

Our host, Ashley was awesome! She was responsive and showed true kindness when finding out we were traveling to my grandfather’s funeral. She also extended an offer to check in early, which was a tremendous help. The home was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend her home!

Location of the property was good. Everything else was pretty bad:Safety - stair rail coming off the wall and leg of 1 bed was brokenRooms - small very dated and would not accommodate 6 people. Beds were like cotsBathrooms - Only 1 bathroom had a shower and the other bathroom/ shower was so small, similar to a trailer, and the accordion door to the kitchen does not allow any privacy.Back patio - unusable due to yard waste and leavesVentilation - not good and room fans were loud and made frequent buzzing noises

Charming house, very nice and safe neighborhood! Close to everything, minutes from the interstate. Comfortable beds, many extras-an abundance of towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Coffee provided, many condiments also provided. Would not hesitate to stay again!Extra bonus - rabbits in the backyard!
