This is a warm and comfortable 2BDRM, 2BA upper level apartment.
The condo is conveniently located next to the greenbelt trail system (Campbell Creek) and Taku Lake and is close to Hospitals, restaurants, grocery (Costco) and shopping. There is a bus stop near by for easy access to downtown and the transit center. The spacious master bedroom comes with a comfortable King-sized bed, walk-in closet and full bath with shower. The 2nd bdrm has a queen-sized Murphy bed that doubles as a work station. The 2nd full bath has a tub/shower. The kitchen is completely equipped with stone countertops, full sized fridge, microwave, coffee bar and washer/dryer. The living room has laminate floors, a wood burning fireplace and an exterior deck.

WiFi, DVD player and Smart TV with basic cable are included. Spare towels, sheets, cleaning supplies and dish washing soap provided.
