Plenty of room for your family to enjoy! You will be delighted to prepare home cooked meals in this fully stocked kitchen while enjoying breathtaking views of the Mountains from the oversized picture window. The kitchen opens up to a kitchen nook with seating for four and a large window and sliding glass door to allow gorgeous views while enjoying your dinner. For less casual dining, this home also offers a formal dining room with seating for six. Relax after dinner in the living room with plenty of seating for your guests. This vacation rental offers the perfect accommodations when it’s time to call it a night. The primary suite houses a king bed, flat screen television and a spacious restroom with a vanity area. The Queen suite offers a king bed, flat screen and private restroom. This is a must see to appreciate the sheer beauty of the condo and the surroundings. Please keep in mind that the owner occasionally has their car in the garage. Book now for a vacation you won’t soon forget.

This home has the hard-to-find arrangement of three bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed and its own bathroom. Great for couples! The living room seating is also plentiful and comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked. Pools are close walk to the home and the view is spectacular!

We have rented vacation homes and condos in PGA West for over 10 years. And I must say this is one of the cleanest we have stayed it. Also, the kitchen has everything one needed. It was not a hodgepodge of dishes, pots and pans and silverware. Beds were great, bathrooms had a good supply of towels, etc and again immaculately clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. Location was great and patio was clean with clean pillow in chairs. It overlooks the golf course and mountains. This is more than a 5 star rating.

Fabulous home in ideal location

We have been visiting the Palm Springs area for the past 30 years so experienced a large variety of rentals. This home is exceptionally well equipped in all aspects, kitchen, bbq, patio enjoyment, every bedroom has its own private bath, towels are fluffy and thick, even bathrobes ! And on it goes. You won't be disappointed, a beautiful home and setting.

Birthday Trip 2024

This is a wonderful 3BR, 3.5 bath home in the beautiful PGA West. Very large, spacious house and very well stocked with all the dishes, cookware and utensils that you could possibly need. Great natural gas grill and even a propane fueled fire pit. We had 3 couples and were not crowded. There was a small issue that we reported to the management and they sent someone over immediately. I'd love to stay there again.

The rental was extremely spacious and well equipped (more than ample supplies of linens, dishes, utensils, etc.); the west-facing mountain view from the living room and kitchen took our breath away; and the nicely furnished patio provided plenty of space for relaxing, star-gazing, grilling and dining. A decor refresh seems overdue; otherwise, the place is about perfect. The rental company was great to work with and very responsive. Finally, the location was perfect for taking advantage of nearby hiking, biking and golfing opportunities.

Poker in the desert

Beautiful place. We had a couple issues-garbage not emptied and no propane in the fire feature on the patio. The Royale vacation contact promptly took care of these issues. I sent in a guest list ahead of time and they did not get updated so we had a few problems at the entry gate. The pots and pans need updating; we went to cook pasta and did not have a big enough pan. We would definitely rent again.
