The whole family will enjoy this beach side retreat with easy access to the beach. Rainbow Beach town ship is just a 20 minute walk or you can drive into town in less than five minutes.

Bush and Beach style townhouse with stunning ocean views from the roof deck. Features include:

- three levels plus a roof deck
- air-conditioned (bedrooms only, not the combined lounge/dining area on the top level)
- LCD TV
- full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
- laundry with washing machine and dryer

The complex also has a swimming pool with beach entry great for the kids.

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival just unpack and enjoy! Starter pack of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided. Please byo after that and BYO beach towels.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds and four x single beds.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Enjoyable Stay

Great location, easy access to the beach and township. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool. Keep in mind you need a certain level of fitness/health to walk up and down the internal stairs... An enjoyable stay all round :)

We choose rainbow shores for our annual father/son trip. Great house layout. Short trail down to beach. Katie from Cooloola realestate was a winner.

We had an absolute great time celebrating our 20 yr anniversary and our sons 15th birthday, upon arrival unit looked clean but on closer inspection could have been cleaner but that didn't affect our stay, a bbq on the roof would of been really useful rather than the communal one, an extra tv or two would also help as having teenagers they love there tv, otherwise great place, neighbours were friendly and a very short walk to the beach was a bonus!

Great, spacious beach house for big groups

We recently stayed at this spacious beach house with 4 adults and 4 children. It’s in an unbeatable location just metres from the beach and also a great pool area. The house had plenty of room for our group, with comfortable, air conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Several decks and a grassed area for the kids. However, the house could really use a deep clean (windows, shutters, handrails etc). Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to navigate, which could be challenging for some. A stick vacuum would also be a helpful additionimprovement.

Rainbow getaway

Overall a very nice house in beautiful location, short walk to beach. Property advertised as air-conditioned, however main living areas did not have air con which was disappointing as this is where we spent most of our time and weather was very hot! Bedrooms all had individual air con (phew!) Some maintenance issues which were quickly addressed by property manager. Lots of stairs which didn’t bother us, but may not suit all ages.

Our Stay

the location of this property was perfect. unfortunately we were let down by the cleanness of it. the kitchen bench top were covered in bread crumbs, when they were wiped it the paper towel was black. it hadn't been cleaned . We paid for linen service and did not have enough linen for the amount of people. the bathroom just off the laundry flooded when the shower was in use as there was no bottom lip on the shower floor. It overflowed and ran into the laundry. due to not being clean, it made the stay uncomfortable

Excellent Beach Location

Great location - a very short stroll through bush to the beach and a 20 minute walk along the beach into town. All the essentials and great to have the heaters for the coldest day in 35 years! Could have done with a few more bits of crockery and cutlery for seven people but we managed. Would definitely go back here.
