Loft studio atelier with pool in walking distance to the beach and old town

Would you like to spend a relaxing holiday in a typical southern French country house, but do not miss the city with its culinary and cultural activities?
We have found our dream and live in an old bastide of 1880, surrounded by a 6000m2 park with 700 year old olive trees, palm trees and cypresses, in the beautiful picturesque Antibes, the authentic artist town with its impressive marina.

The beautiful loft studio "Atelier" (33m2) impresses with its modern country house style, its very high ceilings and warm natural colors and beautiful light. It has a beautiful private bathroom in the original natural stone shower. In the very large king-size bed (180x200) our guests can relax or take a rest on the small, private wooden floor terrace. This loft is air-conditioned and on ground level.

Our guests can choose between the "Petite Maison" (#2232738/4 PAX) or the "l 'Atelier" (2 PAX), but of course both apartments can be also rented together.
The prices quoted are for the "L'Atelier". Please ask the landlord for the prices for the studio or for the package price (Petite Maison + Atelier)

Landhaus mit Seele und Charme in Antibes

Wunderschönes Atelier, großzügig, hell, liebevoll im Provencestil eingerichtet, an alle Details (auch praktische wie Spül- und Waschmaschine sowie komplette Küchenzeile) gedacht, mit eigener Terrasse. Und das in einem herrlichen Anwesen, mit mediterranem Garten und einer tollen Poolanlage. Tierliebhaber und Kinder kommen ebenfalls voll auf ihre Kosten, Ponys, Hunde, Ziege und Schaf sorgen für Kurzweil und Entspannung. Himmlische Ruhe, Natur pur und zugleich ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in Antibes, einem charmanten Städtchen, in das man sich sofort verliebt. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber Kirsten und Jürgen sind sehr herzlich, stehen mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Verfügung und man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. Cannes, Nizza und Monaco sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, ebenso wie St Paul de Vence, Biot oder Valbonne, um nur ein paar Beispiele zu nennen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Notre séjour était parfait. L'Atelier est trés agréable, cosy, avec tout le confort nécessaire et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse privée est un véritable atout. La propriété est trés bien située et paisible. Nous avons eu un vrai coup de coeur avec mon mari pour Kiki (la propriétaire), nous reviendrons, c'est promis... Nice pool, awesome host

I spent a great weekend at Kiki's place. The apartment was small but well furnished and big enough for a weekend with my boyfriend. It also had a little terrace outdoor that it could have been better without the fence but pleasant. The shared pool is fantastic. Kiki, the owner, is a very kind person, chatty and helpful in case of need. We had a great stay and I hope to come back soon! Thank you Kiki!

When we discovered the beautiful country house, it was rather in a bad condition - but had this beautiful aura and this wonderful garden with the majestic olive trees.

The location was just perfect! We live in the city, but have this "country life" feeling and after several years of renovation, our house woke up just like the "Sleeping Beauty" !
