This Jacuzzi J-470 hot tub was named a best hot tub pick in PoolandSpa's list of the top 10 Hot Tub Spas! It comfortably seats 6-7 adults. At night, colored lights glow from the waterfalls and underwater LED lights illuminate the jets for a champagne-bubbles effect, creating an inviting ambiance. It is serviced for guests before every visit.

Our goal is for you to be satisfied. Check In is 3pm CST day of Arrival. Check Out is 11amCST morning of Departure. If we don't have guests checking out/in the day of your arrival/departure, we try to be very flexible. If you need an earlier Check In or later Check Out, please let us know. Loved the hot tub and outdoor space

Great location, close to downtown but far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. We brought 4 kiddos with us so all the extra beds were a plus. We loved the hot tub and the front porch and back deck at the end of a long day. The up and coming restaurants within walking distance were great, especially the Red Headed Stranger.

Mini family reunion

This property was perfect for our family. Very spacious with lots of beds! The backyard is big and was perfect for my four grandchildren to run and play. The house is very pretty

Perfect home for a group!

This home is located in a very convenient area with restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to all of the popular locations in Nashville. Very comfortable for a group with plenty of space and an awesome hot tub!

Great Space in Perfect Location

Family stayed here for a 21st birthday celebration in Nashville. The house was clean, looks as cute as in photos and communication with Ann was superb. We found the location very centrally located to everywhere we went. 10 minute uber/lyft rides in any direction. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of towels/ linens for our group. This may have been my misreading, but just note the sofa bed/ bedroom is in the dining room adjacent to family room and kitchen. No privacy or closet space there. Also, be advised that one bathroom is in the master and the 2nd full bath is in the hall for everyone else. Wasn't ever an issue for our group, but may be good to know in others' planning. Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. We'd definitely return!!!

I fell in love with this beautiful home and neighborhood. It is so easy to access all things downtown from this home. It's also very rare to be so close to downtown and still be able to enjoy the outdoor space this home affords. The hot tub is perfect after a busy day in the city.
