Wonderful place and wonderful owners. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with such a special view of the nature preserve and the beach. We were greeted with deer below us several times. The owners went above and beyond to remedy a fixable situation that was truly no fault. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place. So clean. Location of the condo has a beautiful view and is very quiet. Property grounds are beautiful and clean. Private beach area for the resort, so beach was not crowded. Nice pool and hot tub area for the condo. Plenty of parking. Owner is great with communication. I would definitely stay here again.

The Summit pool and hot tub were very warm - which was nice because we had a cold spell. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this unit! I would stay in this unit again if my fear of heights weren't an issue. Even with that - we got around it and had a wonderful time! Thank you Bryce and Paula!

Amazing management and accommodations

We’ve stayed in the summit condos for the last 4 years every spring break and without a doubt this was the best condo we’ve stayed in out of the 4. The owners were very responsive and very accommodating. We will be booking the same condo going forward as long as it's available.

Clean and comfortable

We had a great time staying here. Our kids were easy to keep busy with the many activity offerings and the space was clean and comfortable. We were impressed with how well the space was maintained and when we had to reach out to owners we got a very quick and very friendly response. We would stay here again for sure!!

Perfect location

I booked this location not only for its amenities but because it was at the end of the “strip” nearest to the state park. I could not be more pleased with the vibe of this place. It was a very relaxing vacation and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking to vacation here.

The condo is beautiful, fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. It was so nice having the feeling of "home" during a vacation It was that comfortable for us. Highly Recommended!!

This was a really nice, spacious, clean condo in a great location. Communication with the owners was efficient and responsive too. Very happy with the stay and would definitely return, not only to this location but to this unit. We liked it a lot!

Great location

Very clean! Comfy beds! They had the condo stocked with all the essentials including beach toys and wagon plus pool stuff. Everything was there that we needed. There are two pools to choose from. 5 minute walk to the beach with a beach side cafe. We loved our stay! Would definately stay again!
