One of the best locations in Brian head. Ski in/out of Giant steps or go snow tubing right next door! Walk to Giant steps lodge to enjoy the night life or relax in the hot tub or sauna after a day of shredding the mountain.
Sleeps 6 currently. However full on full bunk beds can sleep two if need be.

Overall, we were very satisfied. Very clean. Plenty of towels provided and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, utensils and dishes. Wi-fi and Smart TV worked well. Communication with owner was great.The only negatives:- the unit is very cold, and the fireplace and multiple heaters (which are provided) were required.- the mattresses are memory foam, which we did not like, and the master bed mattress is very uneven/slanted.

This is our second time staying in Brenda’s condo and will certainly be back. It’s very clean, well stocked, perfect location, excellent communication with Brenda. Skiing was fantastic and boot warmer was a huge plus. Highly recommend it!

Spring Break

The Giant Step Villa was the perfect place for our first family ski trip. We have 2 teens (14 and 16) and we were very comfortable in Brenda’s villa. The 2 Br /2 bath has all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked and Brenda was a great host! Thank you! Brian Head is a wonderful ski resort for families.

Spring break 2025

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were as advertised with extra little added surprise bonuses! Lots of little details to make u feel at home while away from home. The host has definitely gone above and beyond. The host was very easy and pleasant to work with. She was very responsive and timely to any questions. Great Condo! Great Location!

Condo had everything you’d want and more! My twin 16-year old boys and their friends enjoyed the hot tub and the game room after boarding and skiing while I enjoyed the fireplace. It’s great that the condo is on the first floor and on the end near the staircase and near the firewood. It made unloading and loading the car really easy. The place was also insulated from the sound of neighbors above and nearby. Nice towels and bedding. Very comfortable beds. Ski in ski out is for intermediate skiers due to the ski run above it. We had two beginners so we had to navigate around the tubing hill a bit but it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks so much! Great stay!

We love this Unit

This is our third year travelling to Brian Head and our second year staying in Giant Steps Condos. Brenda is an excellent host; very responsive, easy to deal with, and best of all, not a management company. The unit is self is well-appointed and has everything a family of four can think of needing on a trip. A wonderful dining table, seats at the bar, and a super comfy sofa set. Not the most modern of appliances, but everything works without issue (if it's not broke, why fix it?). Our only complaint is that the mattresses are very firm. I think they are a memory foam, but since we're not used to that, it took a few nights to get used to.

We had a great time At Brianhead. The condo was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the dishwashers and trash compactor were helpful. We especially enjoyed the boot/glove warmer and the heaters in the bathroom. It was great to be on the first floor and a true ski-in/ski-out location. We would definitely come back.
