Review
Overall the cabin was absolutely beautiful and spacious for the whole family to enjoy and unwind. Only thing I wish was that the fire pit outside was not buried in snow. We purchased firewood that I am sure you seen by the fireplace inside, to enjoy a nice warm fire outside but was unable to use. Other than that it was paradise! Thank you!
I was impressed with the overall property. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. They always responded very quickly. Check in was pretty easy. The property was comfortable and spacious. The game room was amazing and the highlight of the house. However, the air hockey table isn't very good because the plastic pieces fly right off. I wish there were more hand towels in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, my group had a great time staying here and would recommend this property to others. 5 stars!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you were impressed with the overall property and had a great time during your stay. It's fantastic to know that the communication with the property manager was fantastic and that you found the check-in process easy.
We're glad you enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of the property, as well as the amazing game room, despite the minor issue with the air hockey table. Your feedback regarding the hand towels is duly noted, and we'll make sure to address this to enhance the guest experience.
Thank you for recommending our property to others and for awarding us with 5 stars! If you ever find yourself in the area again, we'd love to host you for another fantastic stay.
I LOVED this house. I wasn't sure what to expect as the photos were meh. I know I was looking for something with a cabin feel that would sleep the 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids/teens).
I was blown away. The location was in close proximity to Bear Mountain. Close enough to drive for a quick drop-off; and close enough for the kids to walk when they got up before we did and didn't want to wait for us to hit the slopes. The game room was modest and had everything for everyone. The entry-level had boot and mitten warmers, coat hangers, and a bucket for wet items; washer/dryer; room with bunkbeds; queen bedroom; and full bath. The stairs led you up to the living area with tv, fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cutlery, pots/pans, plateware, Bakewell, strainers.. pretty much everything we needed to cook everyday. The pantry had items like cooking spray, salt, pepper, other seasonings, coffee filter. Some items I can tell were left by past guests. We were fine with using them as long as they weren't expired. We even left the bottle of olive oil and coffee we purchased. From the kitchen is the king master bedroom and full bath. The deck from the dining area had a table and grill, and small view of the slopes. Our pup enjoyed the backyard the most; especially because the neighbor had a friendly dog who would come out and say hi everyday. Unfortunately, we only had one night to use the hot tub and it was amazing.
Loved loved loved this house and looking forward to staying again.

Hi Lauren!
Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the movie selection and game room — that’s always a fun part of the stay.
We’re sorry to hear the foosball and air hockey tables weren’t working properly during your visit. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We’ll make sure our maintenance team takes a closer look so everything is fully functional for future stays.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!
We loved this cabin! It was clean and cozy! Hot tub worked great! We were snowed in and were fortunate enough to be stuck in this great cabin! Good sledding hill right across the street and walking distance to ski slopes! Def would stay again!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Check in took an hour
The place was great but nowhere in the communications did it say to drive to the office (25 min away with traffic) to check in. So we got all the way to the house and tried to call for the lock box code so we could at least take our stuff inside but they said we had to go all the way to the office to sign the contract. They should consider emailing it in advance as An option for easy check in.

Hello Nancy, the contract was emailed to you as soon as the reservation was made. For some reason, the contract goes directly to your junk or spam folder. We apologize for the not so great check-in process. We look forward to hosting you again soon and we would love to offer you a discount on a future stay!
The house is very nice. But the games in the gameroom are old and basically unplayable. The tables are out of balance , the air hockey barely works and the hot tub shut off after about 45 minutes of use. Also the dishwasher didn't work.
