We really enjoyed our time in your house. It was plenty big for our family of 4. The location was great, so easy to walk over to Canal St and hop on the streetcar to ride straight to the French Quarter.
My family and some friends stayed for Mardi Gras 2024 and it was amazing. The location was quiet, accessible to our coming and going, close to cool dining, proximate to the park, and was a great backdrop to all that New Orleans had to offer us!
We were close to everything. 10 to 15 minutes away depending on traffic. The place was very clean and beautiful. It has an alarm system but we never set it. Friendly neighbors as well. Would recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful visit to New Orleans and this home was perfect. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was great. The house had everything we could need and more. We will stay here again for our next trip.
This property was exceptional! So beautiful and clean with snacks and coffee available as a little extra. Easy walk to the fairgrounds and the street car. We will definitely be back!
Great quiet spot. Close to French Quarter and Garden District. Would recommend a car, not quite close enough for walking or public transport. House was clean and easy to find. Accurate listing.
Six veteran jazz festers enjoyed this very comfortable apartment in an ideal location for our recent trip to the 2024 New Orleans Jazz Festival. Apartment was well appointed and very safe with ample parking and friendly neighbors.
We had an excellent stay at this property in New Orleans. The home was spotless upon arrival, which made us feel immediately comfortable. The location is super convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with the property manager was smooth and timely—they stayed in contact throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The furniture was modern and comfortable, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting New Orleans!

NOLA stay
This is a good spot to stay just outside town, close enough to be convenient but far enough to not be bothered by the crowds. The rooms are spacious and neat. My only complaint is that they only provided us with 3 towels for our group of 5 and did not respond to requests for more. Thankful for the laundry machines and soap, so we could cycle use. Other than that a very comfortable stay.

Thank you so much for renting but you failed to look in the 2 bathroom closets as we put towels in the closet not in the drawer also 3 bathrooms and we provide 3 SETS of towels PER GUEST. you never ever reached out as I would have immediately told you where to look and if not enough with 3 SETS per GUEST we live in NOLA and would have been happy to bring some. After reading this I looked up your reservation message stream and there was zero communication on your end other than saying thank you for checkin info. I apologize if you sent a message and maybe it did not go through but we def over supply our rentals to make sure enough for all
Thanks
We stayed here for a long weekend which was end-capped by a Taylor Swift concert (N3 at the Superdome). The location was perfect. My friends and I are all city people and found the home and the area felt very safe. The home has a security system but we didn't feel it was necessary to use, but super nice that it has it as an option. The neighbors were even nice! The bike trail nearby was great. Walking distance to a coffee shop, quick drive to EVERYWHERE. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit again!
If you are not familiar with the New Orleans area you won’t understand the review in it’s context. My husband and I are always amazed at NOLA architecture and this unit is no exception. The owners put care in creating this space. It is truly a home away from home. Everything was accommodated and we were close to everything we wanted to see. Typical NOLA block…old homes mixed with rehab homes. Neighbors were welcoming and we felt safe. Would definitely rent this place again.
Great location! We walked from jazz fest and had an easy time getting around. The space was good for 8 of us and the beds were nice and comfy. The only hard parts were the unit not having all the necessities, like the corkscrew being broken, only having 6 coffee pods when there were 8 of us for 3 nights, basic items that could have been left behind like cooking oil or other basics. Communication was somewhat tough and didn't help in figuring things out. All in all great spot for location and meeting baser needs.

Hello thanks so much for giving us a 5 star review and so happy you loved the accommodations. Yes we apologize for the cork screw being broken we do inventory once a month to get supplies list of what’s missing and broken. I looked back on our message stream and took me 9 minutes to reply for longest response. I do pride myself on quick response but the app can take a few minutes to get your message to me that’s why in checkin instructions I say for quickest response please text me. Thanks again

Vacation trip
Overall our stay was good felt safe in the neighborhood easy access to the areas we wanted to visit. Did like that there is an alarm system felt very safe. Plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked for cooking. The downsides were the living room and kitchen area not enough space to sit down and eat or to watch a movie for 6 adults. One of the upstairs bedroom bed was not comfortable and loud when getting off and on the bed. A lot of the furniture was damaged did report to host sent a laughing emoji back felt it wasn’t taken seriously Overall not bad would recommend.

Thank you so much for renting our property. I'm so sorry you felt I did not take you seriously as I definitely take all my guest serious. When you sent the bottom legs of the sofa slightly turned, broken blind I noted we had ordered a new blind and would turn the sofa leg. I was not aware of any laughing emoji but I definitely let you know these items would be addressed. Happy you and your family felt safe during your stay
Nancy’s property was fantastic. The pictures were spot on. Upon entry the space was wonderful. So clean and inviting. We were welcomed with snacks, water etx. They have provided coffee everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there was no detail skipped. We could walk a few blocks and grab the canal street car. We went on block to get on the greenway path for a morning run. I would recommend an Uber only for night time as it can be a little sketchy around but definitely the streetcar for day time. Ubers were between 10-15$ to get to bourbon street. Wonderful stay and we would recommend.
The remotes to one of the upstairs bedroom was not working. The mattress was not good. Would sink in when you would laid on the bed in the upstairs bedroom. The neighbor was arguing about the parking.
Not a safe feeling neighborhood, we left without stepping foot inside.
We did not feel safe. When we drove up to the property (after driving by a couple times because the porch and address were not lighted), there were people loitering in front of the house and throughout the neighborhood. Streets were ripped up to the point I feared damaging our rental car. We were too late to cancel online and the owner was unwilling to consider a refund. We did not feel safe. Be sure to do a google drive through before you book. Also note one of the most dangerous neighborhoods flank this property . Big lesson learned on this one, my first negative experience with VRBO.

This is totally rediculas and I have my property on many sites and never had a bad review about this area. This is mid city, Nola is very diverse city not sure where these guest are from but I could only imagine. The streets did have a little construction re pavement going down but New Orleans is always expanding and making our city better. I’m sorry you did not have a great experience but this area is very safe

Lovely house in disappointing neighborhood
The property itself was fine- newer construction, well-designed with good floor plan. The decor was tasteful and appropriate. The kitchen was well equipped and the starter supplies were thoughtful. The beds were comfortable although one of our party thought hers was very high . Th linens were nice quality and plentiful and we appreciated the ease of checking out. The seating areas in the living room and kitchen wouldn’t accommodate more than four people.
However- and it’s a big HOWEVER - the surrounding neighborhood was marginal at best. Surrounding residences were in disrepair and across the street was a large lot littered with junk. There were garages, auto body shops, etc in the neighborhood. While the description says the location is walking distance to attractions, there is no way that we were have felt comfortable walking anywhere. We needed our rental car. The house has a functional alarm system and without that we would not have wanted to stay.
As soon as we walked in we were surprised how beautifully decorated and spacious this house was. It was super clean, spotless. When renting a house you sometimes forget the very basics but everything was provided. The kitchen had a handful of waters and chips to get you started. There were tea bags, plenty of kuerig coffee pods and sugar. There were dishtowels, a clean sponge, and dishwasher tabs. There was plenty of dishes and mugs for everyone. There were washing machine tabs in case we needed to do laundry. In every bathroom there were little bottles of shampoo and body lotion, bars of soap and plenty of towels. Every bedroom had a TV. Other than picking up water and a few snacks we had everything we needed. While the neighborhood looks a little industrial, it is actually in a good location. We always felt safe. We were able to walk to some of my son's favorite local spots such as the Bayou Beer Garden, Wrong Iron and the best place for po' boys Parkway Bakery and Tavern. We were also walking distance to the Trolley that will bring into the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Ubers were anywhere from between $8- $20 to get any where we needed to go. Definitely recommend this property. We were there celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. There were 8 of us in the house and we were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
