Tropical Spacious 5Bdr Home Near The Beach

This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is located in Boynton Beach neighborhood only minutes away from the beach. House was just recently renovated and repainted. It has a centrally located kitchen and 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. You will find here 3 comfortable king size beds, 1 queen sized beds and 2 twins that will comfortably sleep 12 guests. There is additional sleeping available on two pull out couches. There is a lot of storage here for your belongings. You don’t have to worry about laundry while here, as there is a washer and dryer on site. If you decide to do some work, you will have a lot of space for your laptop and the paperwork on a big desk located by the bedrooms. All bedrooms have TVs and you can enjoy your Sunday game on a Smart 65” TV in the living room.

There are 4 bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach/pool towels, and pool toys.

We put the house on the market last spring without pool. Then in the summer we took the house off the market to update the backyard and build a pool with hot tube and also made lots of improvements. We put the house back on the market on September 25th now with new pool and deck, the backyard has a resort like feel with plenty of privacy. The dinette set on the patio area is a perfect place for your meals with family. We provide a gas grill, chaise lounges, and entertainment seating area surrounded by tropical plants and nature to give you the best vacation experience ever and comfort you will need. We can provide security fance around the pool if you have little children.

This house is located only a few minutes away from Publix and various shops and Boynton Beach Mall. Please contact the property manager Gino Jamroz to reserve your stay.

This property was everything we needed. Plenty of space for my family which included myself with my husband, our son with his girlfriend, my mother, and my sister. The backyard was spacious with plenty of space for us all to relax. The property manager was quick to respond when we had issues with the pool and the issue was resolved quickly. This was the perfect home for our extended family vacation. The pool and amenities were awesome. Beach only 5 minute drive. We sent our pest control guy to the house next day and he put mice traps he went back there few times didn't catch anything After that we have few people stayed in the house and nobody see nothing so maybe the mice got in and got out the same day

Girls Get Away

Our group consisted of sisters and nieces. Perfect for our family’s needs. Home was clean and the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. Also very clean. There are beach chairs and towels available for beach days. The area is close to the beaches, botanical gardens and shopping. Any questions we had, our host responded quickly. Amazingly relaxing stay

This was our first time staying at a rental property, and this will be our go to in the future. It was a family vacation and the house had everything we wanted for all of us. Amazing location, clean, 15 minutes from all the places we wanted to go, very quiet neighborhood, and minutes from the beach. Couldn’t get my 7 year old out of the pool. He was in there every day. Gino was extremely responsive to any questions we asked. Will definitely be back.
