Sleeping up to 6 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bifold doors open the living area onto a north-facing sun deck and fully fenced courtyard. Enjoy the covered BBQ area, hot and cold outdoor shower, and in-ground pool with sunlounges for relaxed outdoor living.

Inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and linen provided.

Byron stay at Florida

The property location is great. The house needs some work - door to bathroom near master bedroom is hard to open and close. The front door also gets stuck when trying to open. The master bedroom is missing curtains on one wall of windows which means you can't sleep in as the morning light is quite bright. The towels supplied are pretty thin and could do with an upgrade. It would also be good for beach towels to be supplied. We loved the location but will look for a different house next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fantastic! It was spacious and was very comfortable to stay in.There were a few dead spiders around the place and spider webs, which was off putting for people in our group that were scared but it was still a very beautifully kept house. The furniture and amenities were great and in fantastic condition. It was a stylish property which was a nice touch too. Location wise it is great! 10 min walk to the beach and surrounding shops, which meant we were able to walk everywhere.There were also some basic cooking supplies left, which was thoughtful. Would highly recommend!

Horribly overpriced

A great location can't make up for it's shortcomings . Especially when you know that houses that are fully equipped, comfortable and stylish are renting for the same price. Layout was nice and works for a family, But there wasn't a comfortable couch or chair in the property. The management company replaced a broken pool umbrella quickly and arranged to have the garden cleaned up. Ultimately I felt like I had been taken advantage of

The house was in a good area, close enough to walk to the beach and shops but in a quiet area. Very comfortable stay, beds were comfy, kitchen equipped.

Family stay at Florida

Florida is a great property. The little extras such as the fire pit and surfboards were fantastic. The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. The location near sporting fields and near Top Shop was also great for the kids. The only issue we had was the neighbours directly behind the property who had their radio blaring on 4 out of the 7 days we stayed which meant we had to close all the windows and on a couple of days we couldn’t stay in the house as the noise was so loud. This was no fault of the owners however and they have created a beautiful property.
