As you pull into the garage you can unload your goods and walk directly into the apartment - no stairs to climb (the apartment is located on the road level, although if you view the property from the ocean side it is located on the 3rd level)

Take a stroll along the boardwalk and explore the coastline, or for the keen fisherman, take a make your way down to the water's edge and throw a line in. It is an easy walk to the Caloundra Cbd for a bit of retail therapy, or cruise along the esplanade where cafes, restaurants and licensed venues are plentiful.
