The Dailey Haven Balcony is located one of Atlanta's oldest urban communities. This property has been in our family since 1999, and we have witnessed along with local community residents, the progression of positive growth and ongoing changes occurring from gentrification. Minutes away from wellknown historic black colleges "HBC" & educational institutions like Georgia Tech to the Newly constructed Mercedes Benz Stadium and other exciting attractions Atlanta has to offer.
