We loved our nearly three week stay here! The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean and well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again!The hot tub is far away, across a parking lot and at another condo complex. We also wished there was an outdoor grill, but otherwise, everything was perfect!

Comfortable stay in a great location

Comfortable, modern accommodations in a perfect location in Winter Park. Easy to walk to restaurants, entertainment and the ski bus. The unit was clean and well stocked to make our stay easy. Host Aimee was helpful and the check-in was seamless.

What a lovely home that is so centrally located to downtown Winter Park. We went to the Winter Park Jazz Festival and walked everywhere. :) The home is beautiful, comfortable, and a perfect place for a getaway.

A very nice condo in a great location on the main drag in Winter Park. Of note, the kitchen was particularly well-equipped. Our host was very responsive and nice. Heads up: Due to the building's design, there are several steps involved. Two thumbs up.

Our second time staying here for a ski vacation!! Love this condo and how close it is to everything. Obsessed with The Perk coffee shop on the lower level. Owner Amie was fabulous when i contacted her about not being able to get into the app for the door lock. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent host communication & comfortable stay

We had a small snafu trying to get in to the condo, but even at midnight our host Amie promptly responded and the issue was immediately resolved. The condo was comfortable to stay in and was in the perfect location for us. The place was spacious and the walls were not thin. The bedrooms were upstairs and when someone got up to make coffee, no one could hear them in the kitchen downstairs.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway!

We spent a long weekend in Winter Park and the condo was perfect for two families with 4 kids! We were walking distance to downtown and loved spending time on the patio as well. We did a lot of our own cooking in the amazing kitchen so we were able to enjoy the condo for meals and time to chill. When the key code didn’t work, the owner was quick to reply and got us in no problem! We’d definitely come back and choose this condo for another stay!

Incredible condo!!

Such a great spot! So close to walking about town. Hernando’s pizza next door was incredible and the perk coffee downstairs was a huge plus. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the fireplace was a cozy touch. My two youngest kids loved the bunks and the beds were all comfortable. TV was broken upon arrival but during our second day while on the slopes they replaced it. Overall would recommend and hope to come back again soon. Perfect location

I took my daughter and a few of her friends for a long weekend to celebrate her sweet 16. It was well equipped and in a perfect location for them to walk/hike around, go to the movie theater and shops in town. An easy drive to the resort and Safeway. We had a great time and Amie was so kind to have a sweet surprise for my daughter upon our arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean modern condo in a great location!

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful condo for our annual pilgrimage to the rockies. The unit is immaculately maintained, and the location is fantastic. There are many restaurants and businesses within walking distance including AMAZING pizza at Hernandos, and a great little coffee shop just downstairs. Access to the Winter Park Ski area is convenient via a short drive or ride on the shuttle, and you're just a short drive from an awesome tubing hill in Frazier. The owner was attentive to our needs, and responded to all of my communication in a timely manor. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone interested!

Good location for walking to shopping and restaurants. Not ideal if you are looking for a serene location. We have a pretty high standard for cleanliness with two toddlers. So this didn’t work for us. We have stayed in several properties in WP and would rate this one as ok based on atmosphere , location, cleanliness and the number of steps both to access and within the property.

We do advertise it as a downtown condo, rather than a serene mountain retreat. Previous guests have loved the convenient location! The homeowners were surprised by your comments on cleanliness, as they've never received any complaints before. They did let us know that they recently hired a new cleaner, and they are confident this will not be an issue in the future. Guests are always encouraged to reach out with any concerns during their stay. The owners would have been happy to send someone over to re-clean if necessary. They strive to provide five-star experiences for all of their guests.
