Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes 1 assigned parking space, and 1 additional parking space available on a first come first serve basis. STR license # 008164.

We loved how clean and beautiful this condo was. It had all the basic essentials we needed for the 4 days we were there. The location, downtown was perfect around all the restaurants and bars and not to far from Winter Parl Resort. The bedrooms spacious along with large closets. The management company was very quick to respond to any concerns. The two things we felt could be improved was the quality of the sheets to 100 percent cotton and softer pillows or a mix of soft full pillows. Look forward to staying there again in the future.

Location is amazing! The property is so clean, modern, and convenient. We have stayed at other properties in the Winter Park and this place was by far the nicest. The locations is superb, 10 minutes to the the lifts, walking distance to restaurants and parks.

We had a great time at the Hideaway Station. The location is great, we walked to dinner every night, took public trans to the mountain every morning, and never had to get inside of our car for anything. The interior of the unit is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. The entire place is well kept and we would absolutely come back!

Had an awesome time at Winter Park. The Condo we stayed in at the Loft 101 was amazing and very clean. hot tub was also a plus. Our condo was right by all the restaurants and attractions which made it really nice. It's also right by a shuttle bus pickup to take you straight to Winter Park ski resort. The location is close proximity to many restaurants and a trail! It’s a beautiful property. Well maintained and equipped with everything one could need. The only downfall is the keypad to get in and out of the garage, front door and the building. Other than that minor thing… we’d stay here over and over again!

Lovely & Convenient Respite

This condo is so well decorated and maintained at the highest standard. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a slow cooker! The first morning, we noticed the coffee pot had a crack in the carafe so we notified Winter Park Escapes and they delivered a new one same day. It was nice to be able to bring our dog along on vacation as well. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and the bus stop was convenient as well.

Our luxury loft had every amenity; even the ones I didn't think of!!! We had the best vacation to date and we have been on a lot of vacations across the world! Everything was in walking distance and the evenings by the fireplace were priceless. Morning walks started on the trails right out the front door that led by a beautiful river and a backdrop of snow capped mountains. We will be back for sure!!!
