Set amidst tropical landscaping and sprawling over two levels, holidaying with a large family or a group of friends is made easy, with multiple living areas and seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces.
Located just moments from Four Mile Beach, this expansive holiday home effortlessly accommodates up to 14 guests in six generous bedrooms.
Upstairs are four of the bedrooms, the master with King bed has a walk-in robe and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed which can be split into twin singles as required, plus it's own en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms also each have King beds which can be split into twin singles and share a bathroom. Each bedroom has access to verandas at the front and the back of the house.
On the lower level are the remaining two bedrooms, one with the option of either 2 Singles or joined to make a King and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a set of bunk beds (sleeps two) and two single beds which again, can be joined to make a King bed if required, and has access to the downstairs bathroom.
The spacious home boasts a large heated lagoon-style pool with shallow entry - great for kids. The residence also features a double-storey living area, large, modern kitchen with Italian granite bench-tops overlooking the pool, spacious living room with Smart TV. There is a WiFi connection and a covered outdoor entertaining area also overlooking the pool.
Bruno Riedweg Park is situated at end of the street. The kids can play freely at this beachside park with playgrounds and swings, views of the Coral Sea and a well-maintained public BBQ. The property is approximately 3kms from the village centre and 100m to Four Mile Beach.

17 solander boulevard is a wonderful home for extended families, plenty of space , close to the beach and everyone loved the pool. Stayz was easy to deal with , would have no problems recommending this property

We would love to welcome you and your family again.
Perfect place for a large family holiday with family ranging from -1 to 70 years old.
Pool catered for all ages and was lovely and warm as we paid for heating.
Enjoyed a few walks along the beach into town.
One really minor thing. A soda stream would have alleviated the need to buy a couple dozen plastic bottles even if they didn’t supply the gas bottle.
Looking to book again next year.

House a great size for our 3 families (6 adults + 7 children). Kitchen was fairly well equipped, the WiFi and TV great, and the heated pool was a real bonus.
House could benefit from an extra lounge/TV area, as us adults ended up sitting at the breakfast bar in the evenings, or on the outside dining table, as the children commandeered the lounge and TV. But, other than that, we thought the house had plenty of space for us all without getting on top of each other.
Plenty of towels and linen - great for children jumping in and out of the pool 5 times a day ;-)
With 5 bathrooms, there is plenty of choice for shower or bath (although a couple of the shower heads do not stay in their holders, so can tend to spray water everywhere).
The games provided for the kids are aimed at much younger children (ours are all teenagers) and had missing pieces etc. We think something like a fold-up table-tennis table would be an added benefit for keeping the kids entertained.
The location was perfect for the south end of Four Mile Beach and for access to the watersports - stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and kite-surfing.
Lovely walk up the beach to the main town of Port Douglas (takes roughly an hour).
Plenty of tours go direct from Port Douglas including the Outer Reef Tours, Daintree and Cape Tribulation.
We had a fabulous week and will definitely be back.

We try hard to keep our property well maintained, up to date and well supplied, so appreciate your comments in regards to maintenance (fixed the shower heads now) and facilities.

We had the best time staying at this property. We are a family group with 4 very young children and the layout suited perfectly with each family having their own bathroom.
The pool was so good for the children with a very shallow section for the non swimmers and heaps of room for all the adults to cool off. The shuttle service in to Pt Douglas was so convenient and was well used by us all.
Property manager was fabulous when a couple of things were requested. Couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you Linnea.
I would definitely recommend this property for a large family group.

Could have some extra cooking appliances, such as an electric frying pan and holey spoon. And for the amount of guests the house holds, I think an extra TV could be added somewhere
Exceptional property that is absolutely perfect for a total family holiday. It comfortably accommodated 9 adults and 5 children (aged 3mths to 14). Bedrooms and bathrooms are huge, pool is magnificent and the beach is a 2 minutes walk. Cannot speak highly enough of this property and we will be back.
