Amazing views and location

Wonderful 5 day stay, great location, walks and swimming at Peas Soup #2 beach and East beach Port Fairy. Dog friendly accommodation and dogs allowed on most beaches on lead! Will be back.

Very relaxing

really enjoyed our stay with the beach at our door steps and almost our private beach. Excellent views from every window. Very private and quiet. Facilities were good except no coffee machine and bathroom linen very clean but a little tired. Definitely would stay again.

An amazing “wow” property

A total hidden gem the property was a wonderful retreat with the most breathtaking ocean views. The accommodation lives up to its luxurious description and the quaint town of Port Fairy was a delight.

Just Perfect!

Spent 3 nights in Villa 1 in January and had a wonderful time. All amenities were excellent, including all supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. It is truly a stunning location and a beautiful spacious villa. It is out of town, but we knew that and enjoyed watching the sunsets from our balcony. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of information sent prior to arrival regarding entering the property directly and although it is nice to have a more personal touch, this is professional and fine.

Perfect Winter Escape

We booked 5 nights at the beach villa in Villa 1. When we arrived we were very pleased with the size of the villa, and the amazing views over the ocean. The villa has a real private feel and perfect for a longer stays. The kitchen amenities are great, we cooked our breakfast every day and made a delicious Fish Chowder, a perfect winter warmer. The only downsides were the villa needed more of a thorough clean, especially the bath. We weren't massive fans of the bath shower combo, it's quite a large step getting in and out, and being 6 months pregnant was a real struggle. The towels also needed replacing. Apart from that we were extremely happy with our stay.

Beautiful location just some minor things

The villa is gorgeous so well located exactly as we had pictured, great kitchen, fluffy robes and towels and close to town for convenience. Minor things - the shower and bath had a leak, the outside door was really squeaky and needs oiling, there is a DVD player but no DVDs or a video store in town and no bottle opener we had to buy one in town! These small things would have made our stay just that bit better.
