Very old and classy room decor; reminded me of my grandparents house growing up. Love all the old pictures. The closet doors are a hazards ; need to install with plastic swivel extensions so they don’t fall. A real door on the only bathroom would be a definite plus. The short walk to downtown was perfect.

This a lovely two bedroom cottage with a fully furnished kitchen that we enjoyed over an extended weekend. It’s located just off 290 and is in easy walking distance to downtown Johnson City.

Charming Cottage - Central Location for Johnson City

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The rental is centrally located in Johnson City and there are numerous bars, restaurants and historic sites/museums within walking distance. Johnson City is a small town but is a great home base for all of the wonderful activities that TX Hill Country has to offer.

This was a wonderful experience! Johnson City is a gem of the Hill Country and this place was just as elegant. Very comfortable and clean. A beautiful place. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice historic home

The home itself is definitely historic, however we enjoyed all of the memorabilia and character. Homes location is great and easy to get to other places, check in process was easy. The beds are comfortable.

Lovely Place

A lovely old home and was nice to spend the night at. Loved learning the history of the home as well. We went to Bryans on 290 for dinner and it was in walking distance from this home.
