Oceanfront Condo with Fantastic Views

Ocean Front 2 bed 2 bath condo and part of the Ocean Dunes

The first thing you will notice is the fantastic ocean views from the expansive sliding doors. This property is unique in that it features a large side window that overlooks the million dollar homes to the north of the property. Being on the top floor and a corner unit gives guests a unique feeling of privacy as well as closeness to the ocean. Stepping outside to the top floor deck gives you a breathtaking view of the ocean. Enjoy the sounds of the surf while keeping an eye on the kids as they play on the beach in front of the property. You will be able to see fish and dolphin pods swimming in the distance from the deck.

The master bedroom features yet another large sliding door with views of the ocean. Step outside the deck directly from the master bedroom access to enjoy an early morning coffee or a late nightcap.

The 2nd bedroom features a bunk-bed where most likely kids will spend a few hours with favorite games.

Only a few minutes walk is a private beach access with showers, a swimming pool and large size gazebo. Outdoor pools are open beginning of April thru end of October. However, nothing can beat the beautiful sandy beach, which is just a few steps away. The property also features a covered car port exclusive to the guests which is large enough to fit 2 cars.

This property comes furnished including stainless steel kitchen appliances and household supplies including plates, utensils, cups, wine glasses, silverware and all other necessities. Brand new fridge, washer, dryer and AC unit as of 2025. The rental rate includes high-speed wifi internet, HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom. Linens can be made available for a small fee.

Because we are part of the Ocean Dunes Resort, you will have access to a recreation center, which features an indoor pool and gym. In addition, shuffle board and a small playground for the kids are part of the recreation center.

Loved our stay at this perfect condo right on the beach. It was chilly but loved watching the waves and exploring the area. We did have one day of sunshine where we sat on the balcony and soaked up the rays and the sound of the waves! The property was clean and as described. Communication with the owners was amazing!

David and Berna provide the best condo stay at Kure Beach. The entire condo, from kitchen to balcony, was clean and inviting. Right on the beach, provided plenty of ammenities for comfortability, and holds everything you need. Hosts were very communicative about the condo's standards, provides recommendations for experiences and dining in the area, and much more. 10/10 experience.

Best condo in Ocean Dunes

We have stayed at several of the condos in this complex and this one is by far the best. We only stay elsewhere now if this unit isn't available. It is clean and well-stocked, furniture is comfy, and the ocean view can't be beat. Hosts are great people and have made every stay we've had here an amazing experience!

Awesome Views at Kure Beach / Ocean Dunes

We had a very nice stay in this Ocean Dunes 2nd floor end unit. The unit has awesome views from the living area, although the north window could use a shade for privacy at night. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. Owners were very helpful and easy to work with.

If you are looking for an oceanfront condo in Kure Beach, look no further. This is a great updated condo with magnificent views of the ocean. The property owners were a dream to work with. We will definitely be returning next year.

The location is perfect, interior accommodations are exactly as pictured, incredibly clean and the communication with the David was wonderful.We enjoy Kure Beach very much and this property will be our go-to spot.

From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed with this beautiful home! During the stay, it was quiet, and everything we needed was there. The owners were so communicative and kind. We had a pretty cloudy & sometimes stormy week overall, but the beauty was still immeasurable, even through the clouds. We’ll recommend this place to anyone we know looking for a spot to vacay, and should we get the chance to return to Kure Beach, we’ll definitely try to book here again!(Used the pool on the premises and it was clean and in good condition. We did not get a chance to check out the rec center or any other facilities.)
We arrived just after midnight, so this is the view the next morning ❤️
We had a rare “strawberry moon” while we were there but alas, this was the best we got to see of it. It was much more beautiful in person, at least.
Carolina Beach Boardwalk. We walked this a couple of evenings we were there and ate at a couple of the places - highly recommend!
