Located in the exclusive More Mesa Shores community, Paradise Retreats exclusively brings you this large ranch home is ideal for nature lovers. The back deck opens up to More Mesa Open Space, a grassland habitat for lots of cute critters that also includes miles of hiking trails. It’s not uncommon to see bobcats, coyotes, mountain bikers, and locals on horseback all in one day. Situated in between Goleta and Santa Barbara, everything is a short distance away.

The five-Bedroom home offers more than enough room for everyone. Upgraded Kitchen appliances and cozy couches make it easy to spend a night in watching the sunset through the large bay windows. The outdoor deck includes a hot tub and unobstructed views of surrounding nature. Plus there's a private walkway down to the beach.

The property location was fantastic for our visit to Santa Barbara and the house has a great floorplan and layout. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, outside space was well setup and accessible and the living room was great for us all to sit together. Setting is private and being at the end of the street was lovely.

First class home in an upscale neighborhood. Lots of room, inside and out. Only extra that would have been really appreciated during this week's heat wave (upper eighties) would have been air conditioning!

The home and property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home and yards! Home is well maintained. We found everything we needed. The walk down to the private beach beautiful tho the walk back up is strenuous! Great workout for the legs and cardio. Gardens around the home are just beautiful. We picked several lemons to bring home with us.

We had a great stay. We were able to spend lots of good family time between grandparents, cousins, and our family. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t available, and the backyard space was specifically amazing. Ping pong was a hit!

Great weekend away

This property was great and all had a wonderful time. The location is excellent with access to ocean bluff walking trails, private beach access, and still just a few minutes from the grocery store. Overall a great family-friendly location and well-appointed. We cannot wait to visit again.

Wonderful, spacious house

Perfect house for the gathering of family from around the country. Loved the location next to the open space for walking and so close to the ocean. We especially enjoyed the wonderful outside eating spaces. Hope to return to this house again soon!

Love this house!

Amazing Location near Open Space and Beach

This is a lovely house that is very well equipped for comfortable living. We spent the Christmas holidays here with our family of 6 with 3 generations. The beach is nearby. The house is very comfortable for families and the location could not be more stunning.

Place to relax and take in the beauty around you

Beautiful gardens alive with hummingbirds with a relaxing back patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening! All we talked about was how could we afford to buy a property like this and live this vacation every day!
