The property features a spacious bathroom and kitchen area, complete with dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, plus an internal laundry with a second toilet. Single lock up garage provided as well.

Additional features include a TV, DVD player, BBQ, outdoor setting, balcony & single lock up garage.
