Wake up to pristine views overlooking Black Head Beach and surf club,

This home is an ideal place for a holiday. It has three bedrooms, two with ocean views, ensuite to main. The elegant and modern kitchen has high quality appliances, with every utensil a cook might need. There are panoramic ocean views from the sunny lounge room and kitchen, with wrap around balcony to sit and watch the waves roll in.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.

*Linen is provided- *Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: Linen for bunk beds will be supplied but top & bottom bunks will NOT be made up.*

All this without the price tag or congestion of larger townships. We arrived outside of business hours and the property managers could not do enough to help us and make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be visiting this property again.

But, because of the steepness of the driveway a normal car cannot access the garage. You would have to have a 4WD with high clearance underneath to be able to get down the driveway. This is a pity as I only ever rent places where I can garage my car.Narene and her team at the management office are always helpful and friendly.

Reviewer Comments: Excellent Position with lovely views, but the cleaning could be much better.We both had to change rooms when the first night we both ended up with headaches and soar throats from the strong smell in the room.On checking further all the window, ledge and screens were covered in mold.The next room was a little better but the window and screen still had some, but this could be solved very easily with a really THOROUGH Cleaning. And letting the air through.We would love to stay here again, if these things were addressed.Could be very hot in summer without AIR CON.However, we could not speak highly enough of the Staff who you book this through, always lovely.

Great venue, a few pitfalls

I'd certainly stay here again, great spot, well appointed unit, great views and location, however future 'bookees' should be aware of three pitfalls. Minor point; the unit block is called Headland. Shoreline is irrelevant. Major point; the unit has an inaccessible garage for a standard car, a 4WD would be ok as the driveway drops away so steeply, standard cars scrape. Point 3, access to the Unit 1 is through the open garage of Unit 2.
