Situated in the heart of Berridale this 2 bedroom townhouse offers it all with a mere minutes walk to all facilities.

Comprising of a double bed and a cot in the main room and 2 sets of bunks in the second room, there is room for the larger family.

Bathroom consists of Shower and Jacuzzi bath to relax after a big day on the snowfields.

Downstairs there is seating for all in the lounge, a full kitchen and wet room with washer and dryer.

Gas heating in the lounge will ensure you all stay warm and comfortable no matter the temperature outside.

With Cooma and Jindabyne 15 minutes drive away, and Perisher and Thredbo and Ski Tube less than an hour away, it is the ideal location for a budget friendly family get away.

We loved our stay!

We had a lovely stay in Berridale. Not far to Jindabyne or Cooma and enjoyed our drive to Bullocks Flat everyday to head to Perisher. Sara was lovely to deal with. The property was perfect for our family of 5!

Excellent for a snow trip get away! 20mins from Jindabyne and only 40 from Ski tube. If you have a ski tube pass and don't mind slightly earlier mornings it's certainly a good way to go for a trip to Perisher

Berridale days

Had a great stay for a week at Sara's property in Berridale. The property is clean, comfortable, warm, quiet and an easy drive to the snowfields of Thredbo, Perisher/Smiggin Hole, Guthega or even heading out to Adaminaby, Selwyn, historic Kiandra and the caves & thermal pool of Yarrangobilly. It is within walking distance to great coffee, cute pubs, snow rental stores, and great local cafes with local produce. I've been staying in Berridale for over 5 winters now. Even in peak winter despite the proximity to the main road, traffic is so little overnight that your sleep won't be disturbed. The heating and hot water in the property is fantastic, there's a full laundry and wet room for storage and a great kitchen area. Beds are comfortable with enough bedding to keep you warm and once you open the curtains the place is bright. Disappointed only in myself for not having the time to make use of the balcony and outside areas. Sara is easy to communicate with and is a very welcoming host and I look forward to my next stay.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed, however, there were no indoor bins so we had to improvise. Otherwise, the full sized fridge was handy and the heaters worked well.

Comfortable Stay

The townhouse is well stocked and comfortable. We stayed in July and it was quite cosy. While it is getting a little old, it is more than adequate for spending time in the snow. It is less than an hour from Perisher. We had aa issue while there and Sara quickly solved it. Would recommend and it is very well priced.

The best place to stay with kids

Staying at Sara’s Place was an absolute perfect base for our snow trip this year. Plenty of blankets to keep you warm and the gas heating really warms the house up fast. The bath was amazing after a long day in the cold and the check in process was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back next year! Thank you Sara!
