The central bathroom offers both a shower and bath, providing convenience for families.

Explore the nearby wineries and restaurants of Red Hill, unwind at the Peninsula Hot Springs, or enjoy a round of golf on the Mornington Peninsula. Please note that temporary fencing is in place on the right side of the property.

There is also construction at the neighbouring property, which may be noticeable at times during standard daytime hours.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. Hens parties by application only. Please message through your plans and we will come back to you promptly.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done. Please note the yard is not completely enclosed and pets will need tobe supervised
