We had an amazing time at the Pally House! The front porch offers gorgeous views of the ocean, and shops and restaurants were a short walk from the house. Loved having AC and not having to schlep our linens on vacation. Beds were very comfortable in all of the rooms. We will be back!

The Palumbo/Breault Vacaction

Very nice setting across from the ocean. Close to several beaches. We liked Green Harbor Beach. Good for the grandchildren. Our vacation just happened to coincide with the Marshfield Fair , it was a lot of fun . Also Green Harbor Lobster Pound was awesome.

Rooms with a view

The Victorian era cottages with expansive porches are a signature feature of Brant Rock and Pally House has been beautifully renovated. Fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quick walk to local restaurants and a market. Easy to communicate with the owners, who provided a guidebook with lots of info and suggestions for exploring the area.

Perfect Getaway

The view from wrap around deck is absolutely amazing! We spent many hours gazing at the ocean and enjoying meals and happy hours! There is small sandy beach right across the street that is so convenient. It is a hidden gem since neighbors said it is usually rocky, but sand was deposited there over the winter. House is well equipped and was very clean upon arrival. Mae’s, only 0.5 mile away, has awesome and reasonably priced sandwiches. Loved this area and will definately vacation there again!!

Fantastic Sea-nery (sorry 😉)

This is a great vacation rental. I can’t remember staying at a more well equipped and supplied rental. From kitchenware to linens, towels and bicycles…. This house had it all. But the best part is the great view from every window and the front porch. Additionally, Brant Rock center and the restaurants, gift shops and the Brant Rock market are right there. I would definitely rent this again in the future if it’s available. Additionally, it is very easy to communicate with the owners.

A great stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Brant Rock, and spent most of it on the porch looking at the water. What a view! Great location with very easy access to some restaurants, stores, and beaches. Great communication as well. We'd certainly stay again. Thanks, Peter and Sally!

Family Getaway.

This house and property is absolutely beautiful. Being able to sit on the wrap around porch every night to watch the sunset was amazing. So many great restaurants and stores only a 2 minute walk away. Can't wait to go back again!!!!

What a view!

Spent most of the week on the huge deck enjoying the beautiful view! This house was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to stores & restaurants was so convenient! We hope to be back next summer for sure!

Family getaway

We were looking for a family retreat within a few drive of southern CT. We spent almost every moment in the house on the front porch overlooking water. Easy access to beaches, food and entertainment. East drive to Provincetown for a all day excursion. Bedrooms were comfortable, refinished bathrooms were beautiful and wonderful kitchen with porch dining table. We loved it and would highly recommend. Thanks to the Peter and Sally.

Relaxing week at the ocean

We loved staying at the Pally Ocean House. Great location! I could sit in any room and see the ocean. But my favorite space is the beautiful porch. We came here with our daughters and their husbands-first full family vacation. Plenty to do for all ages! Thank you Peter & Sally for opening up your beautiful home.

Amazing location and beautiful home!

The photos reflect the property perfectly. New furnishings, renovated, more than enough towels for a family of 5. We enjoyed walking to restaurants minutes away and the beach across the street. We also went to Rexhame beach which was more of a sandy beach and we rented paddle boards to use on the river. Multiple TVs in the house as well as ample kitchen supplies. We spent most of our time on the spacious front porch enjoying our meals and the ocean views. Peter , the owner quickly responded to questions. Wonderful beach vacation!

Sally and I live and work in Boston, Massachusetts. We love traveling, cooking vegan fare and of course our two cats (little kitty & black kitty). We bought the Pally Ocean House in 2018 and completely renovated the inside with a brand new kitchen featuring top of the line appliances and a super nice gas stove. Both bathrooms are fully updated with spacious tiled showers and vanities. The upstairs shower has three heads! We also installed a new heating and air conditioning system and refinished our historic hardwood floors. We are looking forward to spending time in Marshfield this Summer and we are excited about sharing our home with other travelers.
