Oceanfront beach access & renovated - 2 floors 3 balconies
Ocean front with beach access and club house with pool and basketball court. Two-floor town home is fully furnished and recently renovated with direct ocean views 360 degrees around the house. Large inverter AC on main floor (kitchen, dinning, living room and half bathroom), and split units upstairs for three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Balconies all around the villa and 360 beach view. BBQ and hooks for hammock. TVs with premium cable in Master and living room, fast Wifi for all the house. Two reserved parking lots. Gated community with 24/7 security and, just outside the community, two shopping centers, supermarket, gas station, tons of restaurants and bars. Close from highway for quick hop on/off.
