Closed Condominium 50mts from the beach in Canto do Moreira. Fit with cozy decor that accommodates 7 people. Air conditioning in all rooms and mosquito net on the windows. Barbecue on the balcony.
American style kitchen, dining room + living room.
Suite (double bed) + 1 bedroom (double bed) + 1 bedroom (double bed + single)
Condominium infrastructure: Swimming pool, games room, tennis and multisport courts, beach tents and chairs, laundry (washing and drying machine), 24 hour doorman.
Vacancy for 2 cars inside the condo.
NOTE: 1) If necessary we have an extra single mattress.
2) TV in the living room + in two bedrooms. Basic channels included but cable TV (Sky) option if paid separately.

Excelente localização

O imóvel fica dentro de um condomínio próximo a praia (5 minutos ou menos), que fica um pouco afastado do centro, assim fugindo do trânsito A estrutura do condomínio é completa, oferecem barraca, guarda sol e cadeiras. O apartamento é todo equipado, panela, potes, liquidificador, batedeira, formas, toalhas e lençóis, muito aconchegante. Espero voltar mais vezes

Fomos muito bem recebidos , o Sr William totalmente prestativo..em tudo que precisávamos estava pronto a nos atender. Voltaria com certeza ...condomínio familiar , muito bom.
