We just remodeled our whole house and it is Gorgeous!! Everything is modern, new, clean and fresh. You'll love our large open concept Great room with unobstructed panoramic views of the Colorado River and surrounding landscape.

You can prepare many healthy delicious meals in our fully stocked new kitchen that will save you money. Then eat it in our spacious dining room while looking at the water below. Sit and chat on your private patio and gaze at the sun setting over the mountains and in the river right from the patio or watch it from the inside the house right from the comfort of your sofas.

In the cool evenings, walk down to your private shared dock one flight of steps down below to river level and enjoy a glass of wine/cold beer while soaking your feet in the crystal clear, cool fresh water as it flows between your toes.

Features duel central A/C and heater that will keep you comfortable even in the hottest hours. It’s fully furnished with a new kitchen, all appliances, 65” TVs, and 37” TV in master bedroom with 200 channels, excellent WIFI, and BBQ grill with propane included. We are the Best remodeled river house and BEST riverfront price.

Come make memorable memories with your family swimming, hanging out in floats with drinks in your hands, or go tubing down the river with your family. You can rent a kayak, jet ski, a boat and play on the river. If you also like land activities, you can explore desert sand on nearby hills with a dirt bike, ATV/UTV as well.

There’s so many things that you can do here while staying at our Gorgeous riverfront home. Come play hard or just REST and RELAX, we know you will have a memorable vacation at our place and will come back again and again.

We are only 5 miles from the Laughlin Casinos which offer shopping, food, gambling, and Nightlife entertainment. We are 50 minutes from Lake Havasu but we have no congestion, cheap gas, much more family friendly and our property is on the water. We are about 250 miles from LA which is about a 4 hour drive to our house to begin your fun filled holidays that will bring your family closer to each other.

There are three options to book our homes:

1. Book Unit A, sleeps 8 but up to 10 people w/prior permission, $50 per additional person , 3 bed/2 bath spacious 1700 sq/ft at vrbo.com/7620011ha

Each unit is fully self contained with it’s own separate entrance, brand new kitchen, both are right on the water with private shaded patio and BBQ grill, but shared private dock and shared parking spaces. You are literally 10 steps and 20 step from Your unit’s front door, that’s how close you are to the crystal clear flowing Colorado River water.

The River Level is controlled by the dam. From Dec to Feb very little water like a stream that you can walk across our no wake zone part of the river. The rest of the year, River is usually low in the mornings but gets to 2/3 feet by about 10 am, good enough for jet skis and flat bottom boats, by noon there’s about 3/4 feet of water, maximum 5/6 feet deep. You can park jet skis and flat bottom boats over night but not bigger boats due to river level.

RV and I, (Annee) reside in California with our daughter. We’ve loved coming to the Colorado River and Bullhead/Laughlin area for the past 20 years and dreamed about having a home on the water. In 2019 our dream came true. Now we have a gorgeous 2 unit homes and since we can’t live here full time we wanted to rent out the units and share it with you all, people who love the water as much as we do. We’ve made it affordable to rent by having two unit: a 3 bed/2 (1700sqft) bath on street level unit and a1 bed/1 bath 850 sqft bottom unit. Both units have their own kitchen, and private patios. We are so thrilled to be able to offer bigger home for larger group and smaller unit for smaller family or for couples retreat on the river at a very reasonable price.

Both units have been completely renovated. We know you will love our riverfront homes as much as we do.

Note:
Rates are higher on the weekends, in the summer, and during special Holidays and Events.

We are also very close to Restaurants, Safeway, CVS, Liquor Stores, Dollar Tree store, ATM/Banks, USPS, gas stations, Sam's Club and Walmart. Also Boat, Jet Ski, Kayak, ATV, UTV rentals nearby.
