The Space:
OCEAN VIEWS, A STROLL TO THE BEACH AND A GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION.
Centrally located and with ocean views, this well equipped two storey beach house is a stroll away from the river and beach. The facilities include a modern kitchen with dishwasher, RC aircon to the main living area, a pool table, and a cubby house. A wall of windows in the large living area provide panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding parks and bush land.
Located opposite Gabbadah Park with all town amenities within walking distance.

The living area has a woodheater and the rear patio has a gas BBQ.
The house is fully equipped, you only need to bring sheets and pillow slips per bed, and towels.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, Gabbadah Beach House is opposite the shady Gabbadah Park. Walking distance to river and beach. The roadhouse store is two streets away or about 300m. The country club is further down the same street and about 400m away.

Getting Around:
Guilderton is a small village and easy to get around, and walk around. Nature trails take in the estuary, dunes areas and endless beach. Most services and amenities are within walking distance.

Damaged pool table.

One of the reasons why we chose to stay at this house was because of the pool table. Unfortunately we couldn't play on it as it had large tears in the felt and had been taped up with thick duct tape. It certainly shouldn't be a feature of the property if it's unable to be used. Thank you.
